We wish we had more time. This was a great stay. The villas are locally owned and operated, and the staff is exceptional. The villas are new, very clean, and comfortable. Our kids had a great time swimming in the pool and playing Jenga, which made it feel relaxed and family-friendly. We also took a tour to see local handicrafts. I am usually skeptical of these kinds of tours, but this one was genuinely a treat. Each craft and skill that was shared helped us truly appreciate the effort behind the work of each artisan collective. The kids loved weaving baskets, shaping pottery, and seeing how weaving is done. The artists were incredibly generous with their time, and it would be a shame to visit the area without meeting the people behind the goods they sell. We especially loved the hand-woven fabric. It was too beautiful to pass up.

This place was veeeeeery good for its value. We could not stay for more than one night as it was fully booked but we would have loved it. We also did the walking tour with Arman, which although was great, was the same as other tour leaders did and that made us find people in every location we went.

Asan Rinjani Homestay Tetebatu was an absolute dream. All the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. We even decided to extend our stay by an extra day, which was arranged quickly and without any hassle. They also helped us rent a scooter, which made exploring the area so much easier. This was our favorite spot of our 25 day lombok roundtrip! The king room has a beautiful view and a hammock to relax in. The room was nice and clean and the location is perfect for visiting the waterfalls, rice terraces or just enjoying the silence and beauty of tete batu. Also the breakfast was delicious. Faris was always helpful and made the stay perfect - apart from that we made a new friend and hope we can come back some day! We definitely recommend staying here for a few nights.
