I liked my room. Some staff are amazing like Ariel, Lin, joseph, iliya &Vika, roma from the kitchen was great too; the security guard arthur helped me find my purse when i lost it. My cleaner julia was great.

The staff was very polite and kind. The hotel is very beautiful and the room is comfortable and spacious. The man at reception was especially nice. There is nothing I didn't like.

The location is great, everything is within a walking distance. The staff are super nice and professional. I I got a free upgrade with early check-in!

The location is excellent. Within 25 min walk from everything needed and desired, including cafes, restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. The building itself is just out of construction and all facilities are top notch. The Apartment is absolutely the best I ever rented in Israel. Large. Huge windows. New and clean furniture. Smart TVs in every room. A washing machine and a dryer. Nicely equipped kitchen area. And the most important thing (for me anyway) was the underground parking with ample spaces and reasonable pricing. All-in-all, strongly recommend for anyone considering.

I liked the no reception concept, it’s easy to check in and out. Owners answered my messages very quickly and politely. The room had everything i needed.

The host was a very nice and friendly woman, she gave us an extra key since we wanted to have 2. The bed and the couches are very nice. The price is incredibly low for Tel Aviv metropolitan area. Location is within walking distance from the tram station. Kitchen appliances are nice and ready to use

Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace. Has a parking space, which is crucial in Tel Aviv area.

The location and the hotel itself

I had the pleasure of staying at this guest house in Tel Aviv with a friend of mine for three wonderful days, and I could not be happier with our choice. This accommodation proved to be a real gem in terms of value for money, and the owner of the house was without a doubt the highlight of the entire experience. But what really made this guest house special was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He gave us invaluable advice on what to see and do in Tel Aviv, gave us accurate directions to local attractions, and recommended delicious restaurants nearby. He was always helpful and interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Loved everything about the property

I had a great stay in this apartment in Tel Aviv. The apartment is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The location is amazing – close to everything and very convenient. Most importantly, the apartment owner was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to respond quickly to any question or request. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here while my husband was in hospital, it is almost attached. Perfect location for that as well as center of Tel Aviv. Everything was perfect and super convenient. They even have a lounge on the 12th floor with comlimentary treats and high quality coffee. The room has an impressive coffee machine and kettle, all the amenities you need, lovely bathrobe, really all you need to relax and it's super quiet and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I only have good things to say.
