The kitchen was stocked well enough to make simple meals. Good size shower with good water pressure. Really comfortable bed, easy to manage heat, and very easy access with digital code. Overall, this place was an amazing stay and would definitely stay again. The location can't be beat, steps from the main center.

The apartment is quite comfortable for 3 or 4 people. The owner was helpful and accommodated us with everything we needed. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The apartment is in a very convinient location, about 15 minutes away from Akureyri and 10 minutes away from Forest Lagoon.

The location was perfect for exploring Akureyri and Diamond Circle with bonus of being able to avoid toll tunnel. The room was super clean with most spectacular views of the fjord. Great choice for our family!!

We stayed in a luxury bungalow because the hotel upgraded our booking. It had a private hot tub on the terrace with mountain views. Everything in the bungalow was new and exquisitely designed. Although our stay was short, we enjoyed it a lot.

Spacious 3 bedroomed apartment. Ours was on the ground floor. Well equipped kitchen which we really appreciated so we could prepare meals at home. There is a supermarket very close by. Very convenient location if you have a car but we also walked into the city centre a few times via the Botanic Gardens. Comfortable beds with hotel quality sheets. Plenty of towels provided too.

I loved the place. The whole property was clean, and our room was spacious and bright. The entire sharing facilities were so efficient. The place has a big parking also, Akureryi downtown was 20 mins by walk. I'll book this place again!

Breakfast was buffet style and quite adequate. Plenty of parking for our car. Our basic room was barely bigger than the bed although the bathroom was all right and large by comparison. Starf were very friendly and went out if their way to help with our room television which didn't work. The following day we were offered a room change, a nice upgrade.

We stayed 2 nights in one of the two bedroom apartments and this was the more spacious accommodation during our stay in Iceland. Even the beds were absolutely huge. Further, good mattresses, good kitchen, loved the profile characters on Netflix. Just a note, these are a bit sud terrein apartments, still there is a lot of light coming in

The location of Hotel Kea would be hard to beat, it's right in the heart of Akureyri with all the restaurants, shops and bars within a minutes walk. My room had a balcony which was great on the sunny days that I was in town.

Close to Main Street. There is a living room and bedroom. Bedroom didn’t have the windows which was amazing for a summer stay! Nice kitchen facilities.

Everything is new. Quality furniture, clean and spacious apartment. Location is the best I had in Akureyri with a beautiful view over the ocean and harbour. Nice balcony My kids loved this apartment. Will be back!

Hotel Edda is situated next to a great swimming pool. The breakfast is excellent and our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is also near beautiful hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay there.

Whole cabin with loft & balcony - centrally located for all our activities planned near Akureyri. Owner upgraded us to larger cabin. We stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of our Ring Road adventure in Iceland. We had 2 friends and a married couple on this trip - had plenty of space. Enjoyed the coffee, deck & sauna, bbq, and tremendous views!

The hotel was very spacious and comfortable with lovely views. The bedroom was also very spacious with extremely comfortable beds and a great shower. The only fault is that the blinds did not fit properly and let light in which was a slight issue as the sun was shining until about 11pm.
