Rooms in Dana

We loved our stay at Dana Luxury Huts. It's a relatively new place and has some of the best views in town. If you're going to hike in Dana or Wadi Ghuveir, this is an amazing place to stay.

We were looking for a nice place to discover the Dana valley. We found more. We discovered a huge soul within our tenants, as kind as the desert soul. We never forget this encounter in a so wonderful place. Btw the facilities was absolutely amazing. Go on. This is the place for hiking and have a real rest in good hands.

Very kind staff, especially the owner of the place. Food was amazing. Clean rooms and very quite. Make sure to do the hikes arranged by the hotel. Hospitality as it should be!!

Quiet place to enjoy the calmness of the Dana Village. The host was super welcoming and generous. We shared tea ans chicha at night. Amazing moment!

Amazing location with a spectacular view over the Dana Biosphere

This is literally the house of waleed’s grandfather in the old village of Dana, which he renovated as a small hotel. The generosity and hospitality and warmth of the family is what makes it so special — I stayed only one night but left with so many wonderful memories. I speak some Arabic, so my particular experience may have been extra special—but I feel like anyone with a heart will feel at home. My day in Dana was honestly the highlight of my time in Jordan—not as flashy as Petra or wadi rum, but absolutely stunning and full of genuine and wonderful people. It is rustic — so if you really need a modern style hotel, this is not your place. But it was cozy and comfortable and warm and wonderful; what more could I hope for?

The place is amazing. The people are very friendly. They even played some nice local music. The dinner and breakfast is great as wel.

Best place to stay if you are in Dana Village

The view is breathtaking. The owner made us feel like at home. Meals were delicious, we came together and shared food. The hotel is still on building, however rooms are ready and clean. you can see how the owner cares about the beauty of the hotel. The road the hotel is not easy but that's what make view breathtaking. while coming make sure you can drive well or ask from hotel to pick up because they truly care about your comfort. Once again thanks to owner and also Mr Ayman as well, he was so warm.

For a one-night stop in Dana this is a perfectly good budget option. I informed the staff that I planned to leave at about 7 am, and they kindly agreed to serve breakfast earlier than usual. Actually, I was ready to leave about 6:30, and they still prepared a simple but adequate breakfast for me. Much appreciated!

The welcoming tea, the staff was very kind and helpful without being invasive. The location, isolated and with a nice view. The dinner was very good, lots of food and very well prepared.

This is my second stay at the Wadi Dana Eco Camp and I am looking forward to visiting again soon! The camp has been carefully tucked into the landscape, and the views here are stunning. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the camp, reflecting the pride and care the village cooperative has put into this camp. Both the breakfast and dinner is fantastic, with lots of tasty homecooked dishes. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming - thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Ramzi was a lovely host and gave us many information about the area and Jordan in general. Very nice local experience, with a lovely dinner - definitely recommend ! Location is good as well

Our stay at Family Home Lodge in Dana Biosphere was a wonderful experience. Hazem, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly—his insights into the area added so much depth to our visit. He arranged a three-hour sunset hike on the Wadi Guhweir Trail which was one of the highlights The included breakfast buffet was tasty and satisfying, and we especially enjoyed the optional home-cooked local dinner buffet (just 8 JOD per person), which felt authentic and welcoming. Rooms are clean and basic, offering everything you need for a comfortable night’s rest. Keep in mind that this is in the middle of nowhere, Jordan so don't expect five-star facilities, and you will not be disappointed. The lodge’s location provides fantastic access to local hiking trails, making it a perfect base for exploring Dana’s natural beauty. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the convenience of easy parking made logistics simple. Overall, Family Home Lodge is a great choice for travelers seeking genuine hospitality, good food, and unbeatable access to the Dana Biosphere.
