Really enjoyed my time here 🤍 The place looked even better in person ✨ Everything was neat and well prepared 🛏️ The vibe was quiet and relaxing 🌙 Staff were polite and helpful 😊 It felt like a perfect little escape

They were very successful in choosing this location due to the abundance of services available at this camp. We booked a bubble room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the room was exceptionally clean.

Excellent mountain view from the camp. Bedouin method of cooking food was showcased and taste was delicious.

The staff were friendly but everything else ruins the stay and the whole experience. The camp consists of 5 bubble tents with foundations and half constructed tents making up the rest of the property. Don’t waste your money or time!

This was a highlight of my trip to Jordan the camp is so beautiful and well maintained and the family who owns it and all their staff were amazing… helpful friendly and so warm. The dinner was excellent and I also booked a desert daylight tour and the evening campfire experience and they were wonderful.

The welcoming, the amazing bedouin vibes, the generosity. It’s simply EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Amazing experience. The place is managed by brothers and the whole team works as a family. You can feel the customer experience in the first place. Cam is amazing, but all camps in Wadi Rum are amazing, what makes a difference in this one is support from staff. Of course facilities, food, tours etc are amazing as well

Our stay in the Wadi Rum Desert Heart camp was awesome! It exceeded my expectations in all ways. Communication with Haitham was good from the beginning. The whole day tour with Omar was great. He showed us real desert, we had lunch, rest, lots of fun. We really enjoyed staying in this camp to see the beduin way of life. Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon again.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality from Muayad during our time in Amman. From the moment he picked us up until he dropped us off, Muayad ensured that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of fantastic. His punctuality was remarkable, always arriving and departing at the agreed times, which allowed us to make the most of our time exploring Wadi Rum. Additionally, Muayad went above and beyond by arranging dinner accommodations and even ensuring we had breakfast sorted, which truly exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was Muayad’s patience, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our entire journey. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making sure that every member of our group, including our kids, felt comfortable and had a great time. Thanks to Muayad’s exceptional service and genuine care, our experience in Amman was one of the best we’ve had so far. I cannot recommend Muayad highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Wadi Rum, with a lifetime of experience in the area he’s truly your go to!
