Comfortable and great location close to the station. They offer coin laundry and public bath theres a lawson and 7/11 on the corner as well.

We requested a room that did not smell of smoke. While it did smell stale when we first got in, we could forget about it fairly quickly (and this coming from someone with a sensitive nose). Very clean with lots of amenities. Nice view from the bath.. I read about how some love hotels require you to call to leave the room, but that was not an issue here. Really, a great value for the price!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast.

Excellent location just a few meters from the metro station. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Great value for the price - I highly recommend this place!

The onsen was lovely, the bed and pillows were very comfortable (and they offer a variety of pillows if you dont like the one you have). Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.

The property met my expectations very much. Have some business at the nearby place. Comfortable and neat-n-clean.

Good location 1 stop from Osaka Umeda Station. Needed a place to stay that has easy access to Kobe & Kyoto so we stayed here and it was all good! Room & bathroom size also bigger than expected. Worth the price since we got a good deal.!

This hotel saved us when we got refused our booking by another hotel for arriving too late. Got booked quickly, for a good price, and close to the station. A classic and comfortable business hotel. Tasty breakfast.

This was the only affordable accommodation we found in Osaka area during EXPO. We stayed here on the days we went to Universal Studios, and it was a great solution for us. It was very cheap and spacious, and it took us around ~1h to get to Universal. Overall a great solution

The front staff person spoke English, which was helpful. The breakfast was okay with a variety of things to choose from.

We liked the room, night views, attention by staff. It is in a good location: restaurants nearby or eat in-house. We had an early start, so we didn’t get the opportunity to try the breakfast buffet.

Good space, bathtub, amenities, and illumination. I could rest comfortably even with a rigid bed (but maybe because I got used to japanese mattress). It was my first time in a +18 japanese hotel, and it was very good.

Everything was good from staff and room.

It was a very comfortable old traditional style japanese house, tucked away in a small alley way only a few minutes away from the train station.
