Rooms in Atsugi

Location was excellent for my trip, near the train station. Luxurious hotel, very clean.

Easy check in, very clean and close to train station it was easy to get here.

Has a high end feel with an affordable price. Steps to the train and luggage storage.

Everything! Access to train station, shopping and restaurants.

Staff was really pleasant and the room was comfortable.

The room is clean and comfortable, I slept well and feel great when getting up around 5am

The staff are very polite and helpful. We received free vending machine drink tokens for each night of our stay. The room size was great, bigger than usual Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen was a big plus, was nice to soak after each day. The included breakfast was very good, a little different each day with was nice. A variety of restaurants along the street, all walkable distance and there is also a Lawson convenience store just outside too.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very pleasant & professional. Parking attendants were friendly and helpful. A convenience store was close by.

Staff was very accommodating, The bath house was amazing and the capsule was very spacious!

Price and quality overall are adequate. In comparison with Toyoko-Inn single rooms, Urban Hotel's ones are a little bit more spacious.

The room was clean, pretty, and had good ventilation. It even had a window. The tub was spacious and the toiletries provided were good. Plus the price was amazing.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a couple of extra perks, such as a massage chair and the jacuzzi in the bathtub. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Great location next to good restaurants and the city square area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for either leisure or business trips.

Location was amazing! The room was beautiful and the staff are so nice and great! I would definitely come back more than once!
