The public bath was fantastic

Cos it’s a new hotel, the interior is well designed to meet my needs. The mount Fuji view is stunning & we are lucky to have clear blue sky for 2 days.

Everything, every detail that applied to my stay at Select Inn Fujisan Gotemba was exceptionally well done, thoughtful and appreciated.

Comfortable and there is an onsen

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The view of Mount Fuji from the room was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most were the thoughtful amenities in the room, like the provided sleepwear, microwave, and water filter—small details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite and provided excellent service. We were even upgraded on the 2nd day to the same room without extra charge, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, an amazing experience and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the exceptional service

The room was cozy with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff were very friendly and helpful, booking us taxis and also a bus to Tokyo which made our day. Close to many restaurants and walking into town, Fuji Speedway just a short taxi ride away. It was nice to have a more traditional stay from the western style hotels of the rest of our Holiday.

It was very clean which I love & customer service was excellent! We enjoyed it. I just wish the breakfast was open when we were there.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and we would truly recommend it to any couple, family, or group of friends going to visit Gotemba + Mt. Fuji. The view of Mt. Fuji is absolutely breathtaking, and being able to wake up to that view was such a privilege. The "glamping" experience was so thoroughly & thoughtfully considered, and we loved the nature-filled break from hustle-and-bustle city life. The fact that we could reserve a time in the private onsen, complete with a view of Mt. Fuji at sunrise, was truly a highlight of our entire trip to Japan. We would definitely come back to stay here and would highly recommend it as a truly special experience!

The location was fantastic. With new snow on Mt Fuji it was picture perfect. The meal was very special.
