Rooms in Kawagoe

Clean modern quiet business hotel connected to a small mall with convenience stores and a decent sized supermarket, pharmacy and daiso in the area! Near a station for those who take trains to reach the hotel. Downside is that since we drove, we had to purchase a parking ticket to park at the mall behind. It provided 19 hrs of parking at 2000jpy, since first hour was free. At the lobby there is complimentary coffee. The breakfast provided had an excellent though limited spread and my family had a leisurely and enjoyable breakfast. Service staff quality of service was very good. The cafe is located at 2F of the mall. The room is considered spacious enough for 2 luggages if you move the twin beds together. Toilet and bath as well as sink are all separate, very practical design and layout if 2 people share the room. Check out is via an automated machine if you want express check out and have no other bills to settle. I would stay here again any time!

The breakfast is excellent. We like the Japanese dishes very much. The people working there are very nice, professional and are always ready to help.

Super Hotel is my favorite now. Excellent breakfast, hot springs, free alcohol…it’s amazing. Clerk even gave me a towel to wipe my bike.

I love how comfortable the room was! The bed was massive and super comfy. Though there weren't any views from the window, the room was nice enough to enjoy in itself. The bathroom was nice and clean and the hot water was working perfectly.

The facility was very clean, easy access to food on the first floor, lounge space was very nice, vending machines and laundry available. I chose to stay in a private room that was spacious with bunk beds. Sink was in the room as well as a small desk and sitting space. Check in process was pretty easy, discount on the local public bathhouse. They let me store my luggage there while I explored the amazing city, and its perfectly placed right in the area I wanted to explore the most.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed us to keep our car in the lot after check out so we could explore the city more. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The free coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies in the lobby was a pleasant touch. The location was perfect -three to ten minutes walking to all the major sightseeing spots.

The staff were so helpful arranging for my bass to be forwarded to my next hotel and kind and amazing and I really loved that bowl of bean curry I had for lunch

Absolutely charming! The guesthouse is well furnished and decorated from head to toe in Studio Ghibli memorabilia. The owner and staff are very friendly; they were patient with any misunderstandings that come from being a non-native Japanese speaker. We played a couple rounds of Super Street Fighter 2 on Super Famicom! Also, Kuku is a very well behaved dog; such a gentleman!

It was wonderful to have the place all to ourselves and the place was so beautiful. The owner had all the amenities.

It was easy to get to and close to shopping and food. Many grocery stores as well. The room had utensils and dishes, pans for cooking, rice cooker, and water kettle.

Super fun room choices. Loved being able to play pool for free. Great breakfast options were yummy!

Property has everything in it, very spacious and a walking distance to the sweets shops.
