This was truly the best place for a relaxing holiday, and I am so happy I had the chance to visit. The hotel was very cozy, peaceful, and offered an outstanding view together with a wonderful hot spring. Everything was perfectly clean and beautifully arranged, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would be delighted to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities one would want. The bed was very comfortable and the heating/ac unit worked very well. The atmosphere was also impeccable.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

Onsen and size of rooms, ocean view, great breakfast

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff, view, rooms, meals and amenities are all at the highest level.

Fantastic view! The hotel looked like it was recently updated. Checking in was easy and the Staff were very nice. I also liked that there were vending machines in the lobby. We didn’t eat there, but the dining room looked really nice.

It’s a beautiful location, the facilities were so clean & modern, and the staff were so kind & thoughtful!

The property had a nice-sized room, and a wonderful view off the balcony. The lack of climate control didn’t bother me too much, as having the window open and fans on at night mostly mitigated the issue.

The location was very convenient — only a few minutes’ walk from the station, and close to both Atami and Hakone. The price was also very reasonable for a private room.

Cozy, roomy home with a great view, tucked away from the noise.

It was quiet and clean. Great staff and service. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Value for the money .
