Rooms in Nishitokyo

Exceptional staff! And beautiful new and renovated inside. The front desk are always so kind and greet when you pass. The cleaning staff are 10/10 everytime and everything you need is there in the room etc. I just wish breakfast was included in the bill as I stayed a month and didn’t want to pay so much more for breakfast. Other than that, so great.

Great location just a minute walk from both the train station and Inokashira park. Room is clean and well managed. Nothing to complain at all.

Convenience and proximity to park and subway

The hotel is amazing in every way. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, they answered every question and were always ready to help. The view from the room is fantastic. Even though we initially thought that Wako City was a bit far from central Tokyo, it turned out to be very convenient. The window cannot be opened, but it is very large, which makes the room feel more spacious and bright. The in-room technology deserves special praise. For a 3-star hotel, I truly did not expect this level of comfort and modern amenities. Don’t skip the breakfast in the restaurant one floor below. They serve phenomenal fish and a traditional Japanese breakfast, absolutely delicious! An incredible stay for the price! I would return without hesitation to any Tobu Hotel.

The hotel is right beside Asagaya JR station and the neighborhood is lively, full of restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide cleaning services and fresh toiletries everyday. I will stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

The staff is extremely polite. Breakfast was very good with some western options mostly Japanese.

The location is Unparallel. There is Parco under and Seiyu Supermarket beside. Not to mention 5 min walk to the station.

•Quiet neighborhood, close to the shops and station. •Great layout with the kitchen and dinning area. •The host was very welcoming, incredibly kind and attentive.

Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

Very clean, comfortable huge bed, nice shower, laundry, close to train, bus and many restaurants and excellent host.

It was clean. It had all facilities needed for a long stay. It was close to Tanashi station.

The apartment location was great. It was easy to go to the train stations. A big supermarket was just across. The apartment had all the basic amenities one Would need.

The host is very friendly. The house is in a good neighborhood, and the bedroom is great.

The place is clean and comfortable. About 800m from mitaka train station, and easy to locate. Quite surrounding with restaurants and bakery shops and convenient stores, 7-Eleven, aeon, ok.

the location is awesome, and the host is nice and hospitable. also the location is close to the public hot spring, the experience is awesome.
