The location is quite convenient. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous with a variety to choose from.

There was an issue with my booking it was canceled as the rooms were full. They were kind enough to direct me to a different hotel

The location of the property is walking distance to malls and nanyuki town. The place was clean and comfortable beds. The food was great and staff too were amazing .

The hospitality from the host was incredible.Tracy and the team handled us so well we felt like home.Dinner was on time, Breakfast was on time and very yummy.The area is also very expansive with so many activities to keep guests engaged.

The staff at Falcon Heights Hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I had several opportunities to interact with them, and their genuine warmth made the entire stay very enjoyable for me and my family. Mr. Shadrack, the General Manager, stood out in a special way. He was very approachable and consistently checked in to ensure that all standards were met and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. That level of personal attention truly made a difference. We were also invited to a special Christmas tree lighting event, which turned out to be a magical and memorable evening with great interactions and a lovely festive atmosphere. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we would have loved to enjoy more of the hotel facilities, especially the beautiful swimming pool for the kids. My wife particularly praised the gym facilities and the instructor, who was very helpful with exercises. This was a standout feature for her, as many hotels offer a gym but not an instructor to guide guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would gladly recommend Falcon Heights Hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Ir was the most wonderful stay on our Kenya trip!!! Everyhing is made with love, attention to details. Very cosy atmosphere, cleanliness, nature around you. Every cabin has privat zone, outside seating are with fireplace. We woke up early to see sunrise with mont Kenya view in a distance and with songs of hundreds of birds!!! Wonderful! The host and all the team are super attentive and caring, all recommendations were great, especially the chef they recommended. Serata gate to Ol Pajeta is in 12 km and we have very nice game drive there. Absolutelly recommended stay! And many thanks to all the team once again

The host was quite warm and receptive. I arrived at night, extremely tired from driving hundreds of kilometres and just wanted to jump into the shower, eat and sleep. The host made me some very yummy dinner at my request - wali wa pojo, Pwani style. I enjoyed it with my eyes half-closed 😅 She was also receptive to me checking out at noon instead of 11 am. The only thing is, I couldn't even check out as agreed, since I loved the place too much - so I actually extended my stay by an extra night! 😊 The host and her colleague pampered me for the second day/night as well, making me some yummy githeri that I was craving for, and doing their best to make me comfortable. I also got to sleep and sleep and sleep some more without any disturbance - what I really needed. The bed is comfy, so your body actually gets to rest. The hot shower, WiFi and TV work well, too. The beddings and towels are also clean. The room has ample space as well, so you don't feel suffocated. If you are looking for a quiet, serene, chill place to visit and decompress in/at/from - this is the perfect place! It's away from the loud noises at the main road, and has a "farm" feel. I really enjoyed hearing some cocks crow at 3 am - haven't had that experience in forever! 😃 The birds singing outside from the trees were also welcome entertainment. Will definitely stay here again when I grace Nanyuki and its environs. Real value for money! ❤️

Cleanliness is top-notch. The homely scent of the apartment really did made me feel as if I'm at my own home. The check-in was a breeze. Took me just half a minute. Wi-fi connectivity is awesome. All in all..it was a very comfortable stay.
