THE STAFF: they were the most amazing people, they were helpful,polite,speaks english and even some arabic. Also the housekeeping was done by an amazing people, cleaned the room everyday. All of them are awesome. The location is perfect as its in the center 3subways and dozens of bus stops are close to it. The hotel has a global ATM and 7-eleven(which their staff was amazing as well). It has a 24h facility room for washing, drying and ironing your clothes.

I had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay Guro! The room was amazing, with great facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The location was also convenient and well connected. Would definitely stay here again!!

CONVENIENCE and WONDERFUL STAFF who exceeded expectations! bus to and from airport stops in front of hotel, near subway station, walking distance to 2 palaces and other tourist attractions. there is CU convenience store right outside. There is also machine in the lobby where you can purchase WOWpass and buy korean won using USD.

Location is perfect. Close to namdaemun and myeongdong. Lots of food options around.

This hotel is in an amazing location, you can walk to so many fun and historical places nearby (Insadong, Cheonggyecheon, etc.) and there are infinite restaurant options right outside. The complimentary breakfast was great! Eggs, toast, fresh/ripe (delicious!) fruit, tea, cereal, etc. Better than your average continental hotel breakfast offerings for sure. We love our eggs so we were happy to have them there, freshly made, each morning! The staff was super helpful, kind and friendly. The shower was awesome, the sink was nice and big, and the room even had a fancy toilet. I loved the cold water bottle filler in the lobby, especially since Seoul was unseasonably warm while were there. They even have some vending machines if you need a toothbrush or whatever. We thought the price was super reasonable too. Glad my friend picked this little gem of a place and we were able to stay there also.

The airport luminous stops just in front of the hotel. This saved me slot since I am coming from abroad with Alot of luggages.

Amazing location - two metro stations & Seoul Central station nearby. Multiple bus stops nearby. Gyeongbokgung & Deoksugung are in walking distance (~30min). Multiple convenience stores are nearby. The room had a kitchen, a washing machine and two bathrooms. All of which we really appreciated. The hotel also had a nice gym and sauna. We even got to play pool in the hotel. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely come back.

The staff were so nice and very helpful. The room is clean. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel. Close to tourist spots. There’s a lot of convenience store nearby where you can buy stuffs and food. Subway is just 2-3 minutes walk. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent breakfast. Great location close to shopping centers and the subway. Easy to walk around to the Seoul plaza along the canal.

Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay here. The whole place somehow reminded me of a university dorm in Europe in the best possible way. A little minimalist, a little nostalgic, but functional and cozy at the same time. I loved how thoughtfully equipped everything was: a comfy room with a bathtub, a toilet with a bidet seat, free water dispensers in the hallway, and multiple elevators with direct outdoor access to the cabins, which made coming and going super easy. The neighborhood was calm and local, with lots of cool cafes and restaurants around (honestly wish I had more time to explore them properly). The location was also really convenient, an easy walk to both Hongdae station (line 2) and Mangwon station (line 6). If you’re the kind of traveler who embraces urban life and enjoys figuring things out independently rather than staying in a polished luxury hotel, this place is such a gem. I’d happily stay here again!

Neaby train station and restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. I had stayed in 3 hotels, this hotel is the best if compare with other 2 hotels.

The location is perfect, it is very close to Myeongdong station. It also has a very nice view of Namsan Tower. Getting to the Namsan Tower cable car takes about 7 minutes walking, it is close. The hostel is clean and quiet. The locker is spacious, my carry-on suitcase entered without problems. The people at the reception were very kind to me, they made me feel comfortable at all times. Without a doubt if I return to Korea I would stay here again. ☺️

Amazing location close to Myeongdong and subway stations. Room is big and very comfortable. Can highly recommend!!

The hotel is in a great location 😍😍 very walkable with lots of nice places nearby. The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk, and the area is much quieter and more relaxing than Myeongdong. I really recommend staying here!

Great room layout that is spacious and efficient, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, complete amenities and great location.
