I liked everything about my stay. The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended hotel in the center of the city.

I liked the swimming, staff was very polite, when we were checking in they gave us complimentary fresh warm cookies, it was cute, and the breakfast was awesome, there were chefs making omelets also

I liked that swimming pool, sauna area. They offer excellent breakfast with Kazakh traditional cuisine, like kazy, baursak. I had a great experience here.

The room was big and clean. We had a big bathroom, as well. There was a really nice receptionist Dinara, and the people serving the breakfast were nice too..

Located near to city centre. Just 3 km and you can find bus every minute to centre just for 70 tenge 0.13$

The Hotel is fantastic, very friendly staff, good kitchen. The room was always clean. Additional bed was provided very quickly. In general it was beyond our expectations. I would recommend Ramada to my friends and colleagues.
