Rooms in Don Det

I'm short on adjectives to describe this beautiful accommodation! A lovely place to relax, just a few meters from Don Det. And I don't want to go on about the good food and how excellent Laymon and Alex are, because I should write a book. I should clarify that it's easily accessible by boat, so there's no question of whether staying on a small island is a problem, because it isn't!

Large room which was very clean but the winner was the view. Overlooking the river, plenty of restaurants close by (including the one on the property which was amazing), this really was an enjoyable stay. Free bicycle and the ferry drop off/pick up is right there as well which is very handy.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dodan Studio and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The sunset views from the property are simply stunning and were one of the highlights of our trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The family who own and run the property are genuinely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is also excellent, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and everything you need. A special tip for future guests: don’t miss the sunset boat trip! It was a fantastic experience and the perfect way to end the day. Thank you for such a wonderful stay – we would happily return again.

Andy and Noy were very welcoming and hospitable. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. We rented bikes, kayaked, and marveled at the sunsets. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Miss Lao was the kindest and funniest property manager. Pretty view of the river, and close to the heart of town, but just far enough away to be a bit quiet too.

The location had a beautiful view and a comfortable place to hang out. It was the perfect distance from the main town. The hammock was a nice touch.

Excellent location! It's right near the boat dock and near the stores, restaurants, travel agencies, bars, etc. of the town. It felt homey and welcoming, and it's set back a bit from the main road with a courtyard space with some hammocks in front of the hotel buildings. My room had its own entrance, a porch with a table, ac, and the shower was consistently very hot. The owners were always onsite and helpful. They book travel excursions and bus tickets through the hotel, and they have a restaurant as well (I didn't eat there, so I don't know how the food is). It was a really comfortable room, and I loved the vibe and the location!

My room was spacious and had new bikes to rent out each day compared to other places. The AC worked, this was the most important part of my stay because summer was a killer.

Right on the river. Sunset side. Close to everything but still private. Laundry and bike rentals right there. Go eat at tevendang restaurant. On other side on the way to the bridge. Her food and kindness are amazing.

Amazing place. Wonderful location. Ta the owner and his family are so lovely. Their restaurant is the perfect place to sit and have a sunset cold beer!! Ta will pick you up from pier and drop you off. The bungalows are perfect. We swam across the river right in front and it was lovely. Great Indian Nextdoor too!!!

The fact that to the owner has a really good English You can ast what ever you want and she will understand

Owner and staff are very nice. Easy walk from the boat pier. Food in their restaurant are pretty good. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Price of rental bicycle is very reasonable. The size of room may be a little too small for a couple with several luggage.

Great accomodation for the price. Fan, AC (if you select it!), hot water, great host, great location. I stayed 5 days. loved it. thank you. it's simple bungalows, but what more could you want?
