Kong and his family were great hosts. Our room was perfect for what we needed, clean and comfortable. The fire that we sat around each evening chatting to Kong and the other guests was a highlight. But the best part was the plain of jars your we went on with Kong, he was a great guide and it was an amazing day. Fully recommend !

A host full of useful information. Spacious individual rooms. Lovely garden. Sweet family. Tea and coffee and bananas all day. Communal area with beers and fire. Phonsavan attracts a more adventurous crowd so good chats can be had. Lots of hot water. Central location for ATMs, bakeries, coffee, Lao and western food, markets.

Free shuttle from airport. Size of room. Location was not bad either. Good staff.

Amazing staff. The owner is super helpful with advice about the area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Water pressure in Laos can be a little poor but this place had a great shower! Just what I needed after a long day on the road.

All the staff are extremely kind and helpful for anything we needed! Whether that be motorbikes or our onward ticket! The rooms were nice, with a desk and very comfortable beds! The blankets were warm and much needed because it can get cold! The rooms were also very clean when we got there.

The owners were always helpful. They didn't speak a lot of English but always made sure that we understood one another! Lovely breakfast included eggs, fruit, bread, jam, coffee and fruit juice - at whatever time we asked for. Breakfast was served outside on the balcony on warm days. The room was a decent size, with a nice bathroom and very clean. We were picked up and dropped off at the bus stop/ airport at no charge. A lovely place and not far from restaurants.

Clean and spacious room, no frill hotel, comfortable and large bed, location is not really in the center of town but we love it! It was so quiet and beautiful. The host is wonderful , Bee Sipanya, provided us free shuttle to and from airport; he dropped us off to market and picked us up when we’re done. Do not forget to book the tour with this place, it was well worth it. We would recommend this place to friends and family.

Really helpful and friendly staff. They picked us up at the bus station for free. They helped us to organise our day tour so nicely. The location is good, close to the city center to have breakfast and dinner. The room was big with air con.

The staff was wonderful. Souk was great! They offer day tour. Even free airport pick up and arranged airport return. The owner was nice to let us leave our luggages while we explore the city, so we didn't have to drag our luggages around. Great value! This is the place to stay when visiting Xiengkhouang, but save me a room. 😅 And the best communication from any hotel I have booked with worldwide. Always reply to my messages.

Spacious, clean, and comfy room. Exceptionally helpful staff and pick up from the bus station by Mr Souk with whom I booked a tour. Mr Abay went above and beyond when my Vang Vieng bus was cancelled due to landslides, finding alternative solutions
