Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the view is amaizing!!

I've been here before and, as usual, I am astounded by the sheer beauty of this place and it's location. You have the most amazing sea right in front of the hotel, very clean and nice. It's modest but comfortable, you have a mix of nature and seaside experience. It's one of those, unfortunately rare, places that do have a lot of buildings but not too many, you don't get buried under concrete and glass. The place has preserved the overall structure from before mass-tourism era.

This property, newly redesigned in superb taste, is ideally located just north of Kotor and across the street from the promenade which serves as a most magnificent walk to Kotor without the crowds. The staff, each and every one of them, are there to provide a service level second to none. The breakfast was perfect. This is a place for anyone appreciating the fine nuances of great living without breaking the bank to get there.

I had a wonderful stay. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing experience, yet it’s still very close to the center. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. I would happily stay here again.

Very spacious, clean and comfy apartment, has well-equipped kitchen. Good place to stay if you are traveling by car and want to explore the whole Bay of Kotor from Herceg Novi to Luštica peninsula. However, there's nothing to do in Orahovac itself, the city is not walkable, and you'll need to drive to get anywhere, even to get groceries.

The terrace and view were great. The host was very helpful and hospitable. All the details of the house are very new and beautifully decorated. Don't look anywhere else, it's definitely recommended!

Beautiful property in Kotor! Lovely views from the terrace. Delicious breakfast every morning, with plenty of options. A short taxi ride from the old town. Would definitely recommend this place!

The location and views from the balcony are fantastic.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location with a view over the Bay of Kotor. Our hostess was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Good covered parking for our motorcycle. We highly recommend this apartment when in the area!
