Breakfast was awesome, like a café, choose what you want and service from your table. All in a great old period building, so you really get a feel for Dortrecht.

The solitude location is amazing. One can rest in the garden at riverside and listening to the nature of Hollandse Biesbosch with a glass of wine. One can enjoy walking, biking or sailing in the national park. The B&B is old farm which was reconstructed with respect to the history. The hosts are very friendly. The breakfast and lunch are delicious and made from local products.

The location approx 8 minutes from the station and an easy less than 10 minute walk into the old town was superb. Also there is a large inexpensive supermarket also less than 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is actually a small house - it was too cold for us to sit in the garden but I imagine on a balmy evening it would be lovely. The apartment was also equipped as it would be if you lived there - every possible item was available, as were generous quantities of items like toilet paper, tissues, dishwash tablets etc. We enjoyed our stay here very much, it was more than comfortable.

The place was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the price was great.

The location was very good. The room was a bit dated but it was very spacious and even had a big corner couch. It had everything we needed: fridge, tea/coffee, etc. The bathroom was also a good size with a deep bathtub. The breakfast was plenty and we were treated very kindly by Jen. It was very enjoyable!

I enjoyed my stay. Easy self-check in and a very proactive host.

We were 5 people on a bike tour for 6 nights and this was far and away our favorite stay. Great staff, rooms, breakfast. We particularly loved the observation deck. We had two rooms and one happened to be on the top floor (we flipped for it and I lost!), which was particularly AMAZING. Fantastic breakfast as well.

Stayed there for the third time now, wonderful view, very nice and spacious apartment. Exceptional host !

Amazing location, the room was facing the canal which made us feel like we were in medieval times. The water in the morning and in the evening was so calm and mesmerizing! Many birds pass by the windows, The host was super friendly, we could even check in earlier :) the food for breakfast was very tasty and fresh, we had such a lovely time having it by the water! A very spacious room, all the needed facilities, comfy beds, quiet at night. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend staying here. The room is very spacious, clean and sunny, the host is very helpful. The B&B is close to the Biesbosch National Park and within walking distance to the train station.

We were in the rooftop suite at Zen. It was the nicest place we have stayed during our two week Netherlands stay. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge and very inviting. We loved having the outdoor terrace for afternoon snacks and beverages. Tom was extremely helpful and we could tell by the cleanliness, and the little extras in the suite that he has an eye for detail and wants his guests to have a comfortable stay. We highly recommend Zen B&B.
