The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large. It was a short walk to the main tourist attractions.

Location, quiet, large room with large tv, breakfast was nice, large waiting area allowed me somewhere to wait before check in

The friendyness of the staff, the lady welcoming us were super polite, she gave us a very understandable explanation of how things can be done better when it comes to move around the city, they gave us the access keys so we can get in and out whenever we need without asking or nocking the door every time. She explained how far the banks are located and how hot it is to get to downtown.

the room is very warm, the photos correspond to the description, hot water without interruption, kettle with microwave, washing machine, everything is provided for comfort. we were allowed to park the motorcycle in the parking lot, everything was guarded.

Tidy apartment complex in Arequipa. You'll need a taxi/Uber to get to the historic center, but it's not far. The apartment itself is a little bit smaller than I expected from the photos, but good enough for 2 people. Note that there were no shampoo etc provided as indicated on the photos. We used the laundry and gym facilities. Laundry was a bit of a hassle because you need to ask the concierge for the time etc., but overall it's convenient to have this possibility (just needs some planning). The property manager is very responsive on the Booking app and the people on site are very friendly and helpful.
