Second time staying here! Great location across the street from train station. I was worried it would be loud but didn't hear them at all. Walking distance to rynek/city centre. Breakfast is great ! Had other family members. stay here and they enjoyed it as well !

the rooms are actually decent and clean, and nice bathrooms. but i gave the low rating because it was so hot we got no sleep the whole week. the windows have no bug screen so we could not keep the windows open. and there is not even a fan, no ceiling fan, no air conditioning. Management, please install window bug screens and ceiling fans in the room. This will make these hot summer night bearable. I know the green ideology in EU prevents you from installing air conditioning, but a ceiling fan and window screens are easy and cheap and would make a huge difference

Nice breakfast, clean foom. Some interesting animals nearby the propery.

Room is clean. Bed is comfy. Linen and towels were clean.

One of the best places to stay in Kutno for sure. Very nice room with a nice balcony. Very nice staff, especially the women at breakfast.

Its quiet, comfortable beds, clean linens big room. And our bed were huge also.

For Kutno it's perfect. The location is good. The hosts are very polite and nice to their guests.

It is new property, small but cozy. Host was very nice and responding fast to my requests. Beautiful views of real Polish countryside. Overall 5 out of 5

Very clean. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay are there. Convenient private parking. Air conditioning was a big asset in the sweltering summer weather.

I was there for a softball tournament. It was a clean, safe , and an efficient place to stay. The location is on the outskirts of Kutno. The host was nice.
