Rooms in Sighişoara

We had the apartment on the top floor and I really recommend it. It is very spacious and cozy. The beds are comfy and the brekflast was very nice.

Clean and friendly. Staff was super good. Really nice to have a restaurant down stairs. The posision in 30 min nice walk away from the busy city center. Beds were really comfy.

Everything was perfect - location, reception staff, parking place, breakfast, the view from the room, coffee in the room, very clean and quiet.

The location was perfect, right in historic Sigheosara. The room and bathroom were big and very clean.

I loved the view from the terrace of the guesthouse, especially during morning coffee with soft music. Very friendly staff, good food.

This is the nicest guesthouse I've been to in Romania. Nicer than most hotels. First rate in every regard. On site parking available, great breakfast, comfy beds, and beer on tap. They even a small bar and restaurant. Can’t beat location either a 5-minute walk to old town.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Georgius Krauss in Sighișoara! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the medieval citadel, with easy access to all the main attractions. The historic charm of the property is beautifully preserved, and the rooms are both elegant and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of tradition and modern amenities. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, and dining at their restaurant was a treat – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. While the parking is located outside the citadel, the short walk is worth it for the unique atmosphere and authenticity of the setting. Overall, Casa Georgius Krauss offers a truly special experience for anyone visiting Sighișoara. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect.... Large room with beautiful decoration. Balcony Free parking behind the hotel.. People coming with a car if the hotel comes on the left hand side take the next left turn after the hotel and then another left (gravel road).. That will take you behind the hotel...

Beautiful and authentic medieval style hotel

Ambience, architecture, and details were all amazing. And I mean it! Stuff is so kind and always smiling. Before booking I wondered to stay in the dark green-walled room and I messaged the hotel. They already prepared that room for my reservation. Even this detail made me happier about staying there. I advise this great historical hotel to everyone!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, without being too intrusive. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor was delicious. The location of the property is ideal, in the middle of the medieval fortress. The only downside is that they don't have parking, but there is a large enough public parking lot very close by (7-8 min walk) for about 4 euros per day. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Sighisoara.

It was a fabulous accommodation in a medieval house located in the heart of the city. It was so original! Very comfortable. Once i will be back in Sighisoara, this would be my first choice. Thanks. Peter
