The Bed was very comfortable The room and the facilities were very clean .Very quiet at night.The staff was excellent in all respects.The room was a good size.Very bright well lit . Breakfast was a mixture of foods something for everyone.

need better signage at pool change rooms , people confused. and breafast need more variety, same menu every 3 or 4 days. BUT STILL GOOD

Very good value for money. Simple but all you need is there. And it has a pool to cool down when its hot outside. I like the small terrace behind the hut. Very nice to chill and have a beer. You need to be motorized if you want to stay here since its outside of the city.

RS Phong Riverside is a hidden gem!! If you are traveling to Khon Kaen you should stay here! My friends and I (young expats from America) stayed here for a weekend trip to the city and it was all we could have wanted and more! It is a huge property with a beautiful riverside view. What makes the stay incredible is the staff. The owner Kim is the best!! She is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. If you're worried about your Thai ability, don't! Kim speaks fabulous English and goes above and beyond for her guests. The staff can call you a taxi directly from your cabin to the city or where you plan on going. The pool is wonderful, and snacks and drinks are available for purchase. I plan on coming back!

This is a fantastic hotel just a short walk from the lake. The staff are very kind and considerate and the room was spacious and very comfortable.

This was a great place to stay and I'm happy I chose this hotel for my first visit ever to Khon Kaen. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast location was easy to find and the food was amazing.

The location was great if you have meeting or any business in Khonkaen university, There are convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Parking available.

First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Always pleasant and it’s always a pleasure to see happy staff that are excellent at their job. Secondly, the Chinese restaurant, on site, is as good as I have ever had in my 79 years and always look forward to my next dinner there.

Bed was comfortable- not rock hard like other hotels in this price range. Room well lit, clean Hot water strong in shower. Staff friendly and attentive. Parking is limited but the parking attendant kept on top of things all night long- including waking up another guest at 3am whose car was blockings ours in. Great location within walking distance of our running event. Quiet- minimal traffic on street, quiet neighborhood

We wanted a place where could just “hang” for a couple of days and do nothing. There is a delightful little cafe where we could pop in and have a quiet coffee or drink. The pool under a canopy was beautiful and easy accessible. The restaurant provided a large choice of meals, the staff were all lovely. The room was quiet and well appointed. Not many people around do it was very relaxing and enjoyable.
