The apartment is very comfortable good view of phratumnak hill and some sea view from bedroom balcony large bedroom close to restaurants and bars a few minutes walk from cosy beach situated in a quiet area it is a great plqce to base yourself.

This property is a hidden gem in Pattaya and I would defintely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay. There is a cleaning crew that comes in every day. The villa has 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a huge hall, an outdoor pool, jacuzi and outdoor seating areas. The host Mini is always available for any help you may need. Pattaya beach is a 10-12 mins taxi ride from this property. Will surely stay here again on our next trip to Pattaya.

The swimming pool and the hotel room facing sea view. Not so far from Koh Larn pier. Room is spacious.
Nice to have welcome drink and fruits in room.
Different restaurants are available and breezo is nice as it as beach side to enjoy seafood.

The bed is really comfortable compared to other hotels way more expensive.
The staff is really lovely, the room was spotless, the balcony spacious, great area between Pattaya and Jomtien.

Walking Street has a bad reputation.
I stayed at Windy, very big room and balcony.
Loud music outside. Yes.
