Hotel is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly,breakfast was great ,foods are freshly cooked and from kitchen to the table,coffee was fresh brewed too.

The rooms on the water are lovely. Every room has a balcony at the water and a terrace on the roof. The view is spectacular. The restaurant on top of the water is lovely designed and the food is great.

The location is excellent, the staff are very helpful, and everything is clean and comfortable.

Loved this place, so different. We had drinks at the bar at the front, and breakfast is severe here. The rooms are big and Plenty of room to move around. The main bed is on a platform so it was a little hard for us 60-year-olds crawling in but was comfortable. Location was great, couple mins walk from the bus station and 10 minutes to the lake and short walk to every thing you need.

The staffs are friendly and professional. The view is amazing. Breakfast line are various and they serve Starbucks. Worth it!

Easy check-in, owner's son was extremely nice! Clean, great location, and good wifi. All around a wonderful experience, I highly recommend staying here!

We liked everything about this apartment-hotel. The room was huge with full-size refrigerator, large comfortable bed, A/C, and refrigerator. The entire premises was spotlessly clean and the staff were super friendly.

Easy access.Near every establishments including TOPS and lotus.

One of the best places where I've stayed in Thailand! Each guest gets their own little house and there is a little terrace for each little house. Inside of the house there is a huge king size bed and the property is absolutely immaculately clean. It is probably the cleanest place I've seen and now all other places look dirty by comparison :D There is also another terrace/common area in the garden with coffee, toast and condiments. The host is also very nice and and I felt like they really cared about guests having a good time.

The location is great, walking distance to the centre, the promenade and night markets. The room was spacious and very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice table and chairs too The hosts were wonderful, spoke great english and had some recommendations to share about Phayao. Will definitely stay here again when I come back

Really cool place! I needed a spot to work without distractions and this was the perfect for this, quiet and tranquil with very good internet. Horses and dogs are very friendly as well. You can order food from grab if needed, also they do the laundry. Host and his wife are very friendly and good to have a chat with. There are some gravel roads in the forest that you can walk, no traffic at all.

Staffs are super friendly. Good location with personal parking lot.
