Family of 6 & we had heaps of room. Ali (host) was so helpful & attentive - this place is 11 plus stars. Will be telling all my friends

United KingdomThe hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the town, but it's easy to walk into the centre along the canal, or even to catch the ever frequent local bus there and back if you'd prefer. The hotel itself was just great. We had a decent size room with a very comfortable large bed, a fantastic power shower, a small balcony overlooking the pool and plenty of clothes storage furniture. We also had ample large and small towels which were changed frequently. (They also provide pool towels if you ask for them). Indeed our room was often titied and cleaned. The pool was plenty big enough for the amount of guests at the time we were there, and although the water could be on the chilly side, I swam every day. I only realised after returning home that we had breakfast included in our deal. If this was indeed the case, I wish a member of staff could have mentioned this to us, but, nevermind as we often slept late! We had dinner on one occasion there and it was excellent. The staff were all exceptional: the receptionists were welcoming and informative. If they were not at the desk, the bar/ restaurant staff were more than attentive and helpful. The cleaners were so cheerful and friendly. They were also very thorough. We had hired a car to explore the region and there was always plenty of parking in the road above the property. Finally, I would like to reiterate how quiet and peaceful it was there compared perhaps to the main town.

The location is great, quite close to the main street and several supermarkets. The room was spacious. The beds were quite firm, which is alright for me. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Stunning apartments! They look exactly like the photos if not even nicer in person. The pool area is gorgeous and so tranquil. Our apartment was so spacious and spotlessly clean with a big balcony. Everyone that works there is absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, especially at the end of our holiday when our airport transfer didn’t show up - they really couldn’t do enough to help us so thank you. We’ll definitely be back!

Location was fantastic. Close to beach and shopping. Great vibe. Hosts were so lovely and always helpful and accommodating. Air conditioning in bedroom was fabulous. Washing machine was a godsend after all our travelling in hotels. Hanging the laundry on the clothesline on the balcony was perfect. It dried very fast. Also fabulous in the heat was the pool.

Very nice, spacious holiday home, it was perfect for our family. Really comfortable living room on the second floor where we spent some good time. It is clean, functional, well equiped place. Balcony is good for breakfest/dinner outside, easy to keep clean.

The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We were actually given an upgrade on our room which was very kind of them. Our flight arrived late in the evening and they had made sure to keep some food back for us which was a lovely touch! The hotel has everything you need and the private beach is great. Lovely bar area for the evenings. For the price we did not expect the hotel to be as brilliant as it was.

Very friendly staff. The room was on 4th floor with wonderful sea view with a balcony. The room was at the corner of the building and much larger than hotel rooms in England. The bed was kingsize and v comfortabl. Nice swimming pool. The staff were excellent always trying to help and friendly. Breakfast was buffet and very good. Also the hotel has relationship with a sea side hotel about 200 yards away and we could use their beach which was very good

The rooms and grounds are kept exceptionally CLEAN!! Our cleaner Durande (or Dundande cant remember) cleaned our room so well that my OCD wife, for the first time ever, actually felt comfortbale in a hotel room.
Food was actually amazing everyday and the entertainment in the evening was actually really really good

Such a great hotel! The room was clean and spacious enough. The staff was friendly and would do their absolute best to make our stay great. The balcony view was magnificent as you could see both the sea and the city.

The location was great,and the staff were very pleasant. My room had a view over the pool from my balcony,and I got sun from 8am until 10.15am. There were a reasonable number of coathangers,but a lack of the type on which to fit trousers and such. Ladies would struggle if they had more than 2 pairs of slacks to hang.

Stayed here in March for 4 days, booked here last minute and honestly exceeded our expectations. Reception staff ilhan, ibo and kumsol was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were kept clean and had plenty of room, balcony was spacious. Location was perfect 5 minute walk to shops, beach, bars/restaurants and everything we needed. This property deserves the fabulous reviews. The food was wonderful, the facilities were excellent. We requested for connecting rooms and the hotel were very accommodating. We were given free upgrades, fantastic beach views and fruit platters as a welcome. We will definitely be back.

Oh, my days!
The apartment we got was massive!
Kitchen, full bathroom, living room with a tv and dining table plus on the 1st floor (yes, it has another floor) 2 bedrooms with a/c and another full bathroom.
Very, very spacious and comfortable stay.

Exceptional view - from pool, terrace, bedroom and living room. Fantastic attentive butler service. Extremely clean and brand new. Private infinity pool. Breakfast outstanding brought to us on our terrace.
