United StatesThe presidential suite was spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi large, and generally felt like a small luxury apartment as opposed to a hotel room. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the kitchen area (it was a full size refrigerator and sink, but rather small microwave).

The size of the apartment was spacious. Looking outside the bedroom window I could see the old town and the people walking and talking in the cafes. The location was incredibly great, and the hostess was wonderful. I’d recommend this to tourists or business men and women who would like to be in a central, beautiful neighborhood.

The hotel is located in the quiet area 7 minutes of walking to the city center (through beautiful streets and buildings).
The room looks like in the most boutique hotels - nice, comfortable, not large, but you have everything you need. You feel care.
Staff is friendly and happy to help.
My room was with a balcony with the amazing view on an old church - it was a separate pleasure.

It's our favorite hotel in Lviv now. I recommend it to all my friends. They also gave us a nice upgrade for my wife and I to a king bed room.. with a balcony and view. Very comfortable mattress and great room. Great energy and staff.

A rather new hotel sitting in the convenient location - rather quiet yet in a walking distance from the very center of Lviv. My apartment was very spacious, yet cosy and comfortable. Crispy clean. Very big and well-equipped bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. All is new and well-maintained. Big comfortable bed. Very good lighting. Huge terrace. Dedicated parking space (yet not very big). Try nice and attentive staff. Very good breakfast. Finally, a free coffee machine in the lobby with good coffee is a nice bonus.

Lovely lady on reception, made me so welcomed. She has shown me the room, facilities and then even given me a room totally shielded from traffic sounds.
Much cleaner than any other place I've stayed in Lviv. Warm, spacious bedrooms, good WiFi signal.

Our room looked like a fully equipped appartment, spacious and well furnished. It was very clean and had a bed, a sofa bed and a small sofa. The bed was comfy.
One can make tea and coffee 24 hours a day.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. First thing that strikes you is how big it is! The bedrooms are very spacious, and it has every facility you could wish for: good wife, great shower, washing machine, TV etc etc
It’s also in a very good location, walking distance to the old town and other key sights.
Great communication and assistance too.
