I was able to use the shuttle to and from the airport.That's a big help.Staff and room was nice.Great location,plenty of eateries and right next door to a mall.

Room was big and clean,warm and all we need it was there, coffe, water,tea, we did not wake up for breakfast but you still can buy a chicken salat. The shuttle bus was great. We like it.

Everything. Just didn't like being double charged at other platforms Bookings com and hotel. But they were quick to resolve problems.... If you have evidence. Make sure you check your transactions. Quiet place. But you can hear the water flowing as in flushing toilets from neighbors Other than that, it's quiet.

People were all nice, and the breakfast was good. The Hotel, was on the old side? But pretty clean for the age. It was comfortable. If you're expecting a sparkley hotel, you will be disappointed. But to sleep and rest, it was a good spot. I would stay there again.

Being picked up at the airport in the middle of the night. I was nervous but they made it so easy and then allowed for a late checkout so we could get ourselves sorted before continuing our journey.

This property is in a good area and you can easily bike downtown. The staff is friendly and nice. They helped call me an Uber and had bike rentals too. I loved meeting people from all over the world here, it was awesome!

Property was within walking distance of bus station and other shops. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and the water was hot!!

It’s in a great location for Anchorage everything you need is close by for mid Town.i will stay there ,the staff is very friendly and kind.

When staying here you can use Captain Cooks swimming pool and sauna. Rooms have French glass doors that open instead of windows.

My room on the 3rd floor was spacious, heating/AC unit worked very well, the large bed was comfortable. Huge seating area in the living room. The unit was equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a safe, and a TV. Great little bathtub and properly hot water in the bathroom, relaxing after a long day out in the cold. For a solo traveler, it felt very comfortable and cozy. Front desk staff and maintenance were helpful and responded quickly to any issues. The lady serving breakfast was also cool. Housekeeping only upon request, but they made the room properly when I asked for cleaning, and the housekeepers were friendly. Every evening/night time receptionist I met (a gentleman with glasses, a shorter Black gentleman, and two ladies) was absolutely fantastic, kind, and helpful. Nice location approx. 8-10 minutes on foot from 5th Avenue and downtown, easily walkable even in extreme weather (I was visiting over Christmas and we had about 10 inches of fresh snow overnight). Airport bus no. 42 stops 2 blocks from the hotel. Breakfast included in the price, complimentary coffee in the lobby, possibility to refill water bottles at the fitness room. Sagaya Market a couple of streets away for groceries. Overall, I would say that this property is a decent option if you are not looking for a fancy hotel. Renovation is obviously needed, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay if you're planning to spend most of your time outside exploring Alaska. I would recommend it to other travelers.
