The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the pool & hot tub overlook the lake, there's a courtyard with corn hole & BBQ's & private beach access. We had a great time!

A pizza box was left in our room. It was very hot in the room. The tv should be mounted on the wall.

The location was great. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The pool and private beach were awesome. I love that they’re dog friendly.

The bedroom is very nice, beds are clean and comfortable, nice pictures on the walls. The communication with the help desk is very easy, the replies are fast (however you are forced to use text messages which is paid, and despite the very nice human contact, some problems remain unsolved).

Neil, the owner, went above and beyond for us. He accommodated us, our dogs, and our bike trailer with kindness. The property is a little gem in the mix of Kings Beach, only a few minutes and short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The property is casual and clean, perfect for folks who don’t spend much time in the room. If you are a sack rat and expect luxury, look elsewhere.

Great location in Kings Beach, right on the water. It’s older, but updated and well maintained. Room was comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view from our room was amazing. The grounds are well maintained and you can tell the owners care and reinvest in the property. The pool and the hot tub were great. The fire pit at night was a nice touch. Corn Hole and Ping Pong also. The beds were comfortable.
