We loved the layout of the home with the many porches, it was simple and beautifully decorated, lots of comfortable seating inside and outside. Comfortable beds and all rooms had Roku to use. Space for kids to play and a place to have pets in the yard when grilling out. They had seasonings to use & some extra supplies for the stay. Great walking trail across the street and all of the Massenutten activities were very close. Easy check out process.

The room was very outdated, our room also flooded the night we got there at 11 - they did give us another room which was up farther than previous room and had a smell. Seeing all the wild animals was beautiful, outside was nice and the room would have gotten more stars had it of been more modern. Carpet (which is what i think caused smell) The amenities are nice but expensive, don't think we will plan to go back!! Gatlinburg still tops this place any day :)

Terrible experience so far. The day we checked in we found multiple pretty big sized spiders. I have 2 little kids 1 is autistic. He has a phobia with bugs and would not go back into the room. We had to look for other accommodations. Customer service both with the hotel and booking.com was terrible. I still have not heard back from either of them. Called multiple times and still waiting to hear back. I spent my entire vacation trying to get a solution.

Loved EVERYTHING! The villas are exceptional! We are a family of 7 and we had PLENTY of room. We could've actually had 2 more people join us comfortably. The view was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean and stocked well.
