I liked that when I told them our cottage was canceled last minute that they allowed our family to come use the amenities without issue. The staff was always kind. The rooms are clean and perfect set up for a large family. They allow multiple cars. They have bbq grills and if you book the 2 bedroom suite it has a kitchenette.

Got a 2 bedroom cottage perfect fit for my family of 5. Love the cooling system and love how they have a open field for kids to run around and play ball. Everyone was friendly including the staff. Highly recommend. Will be back.

We arrived quite a few hours before check in but wanted to ask if we could leave our car there and explore the area. They let us know they already had our room ready, but then noticed a cabin was available and gave us a free upgrade from the motel room we had. Very friendly service and we hope to return next year!

We liked the size of the room , we had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite with a kitchenette that divided the 2 bedrooms, each had a TV.. The kitchen area was great and comes with pots/pans, dishes, silverware etc.! We love the location. We saw the ocean from our bathroom and it was a short walk to the water. The owners are very nice and the room was very clean!

The staff was very nice with me. Maybe because I arrived late or because it was beginning of summer season and they were extremely helpful, or maybe they are just very nice when you are also nice with them, they upgraded my room for free 💚.
So I got a larger room closer to the ocean. The bed was great and extra comfy. I haven't slept so well in many days.

I was brought to a room that more or less smelled nasty. It was like being in a closet with 2 bedrooms right next to you. I however never went back. I understood there was no refund so I will mail keys back to this dump! I can’t understand why bookings supports businesses like this shame shame shame! The name of the place is what brought me to them! Warning don’t book

I loved the size of our room. It was like a little one bedroom apartment. The staff was friendly, and they even let us swim in the pool for a while after check out. Also loved that the pool was heated! I'd stay here again

Super comfortable bed. I believe all rooms have a separate bedroom/living area. All have balconies or patios. Hotel is right on the ocean and less than a mile to the boardwalk and shops. Coffee, muffins and Danish available in the lobby. Heated pool. We stay here every year and it's always been wonderful

The owners were very nice and friendly to the whole family.They gave excellent advice about the best places to eat, ie.. the Galato ice cream/candy store that we visited all 3 nights.The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Nice layout with separate bedroom fri living area to separate adults and kids. Great that kitchen had silverware, plates, cups, full fridge. Nice deck for second floor.

This was a nice quaint cabin. I liked the mid size refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and a kitchen sink. It was 3 rooms, bedroom with full size bed, kitchen area, living room, and a small front porch. The kitchen area had a small table but no chairs. There were two chairs on the small outdoor porch. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Great location to a active tourist area. All rooms were very clean.
