Super clean facilities, extremely friendly staff, daily complimentary breakfast is delicious, beds are comfy, and the hotel doors have hooks for the traditional Navy graduation anchors which we absolutely loved. We will stay here again. Overall great experience.

Perfect sized room that was clean, loved the mini kitchen with kitchenware, and other kitchen and bathroom amenities, the free breakfast was a nice touch, and the facility was closely located near everything we were there for plus other amenities needed, Walmart, eateries, gas, the highway, etc. The staff was also friendly and extremely helpful when our plane was one day late due to mechanical issues and weather. Latavia (Sp?) was professional, sympathetic, kind, and ensured we still had a room regardless of the continued delay and still was able to apply discounts. My family and I greatly appreciated Latavia's understanding, professionalism, and fast action to ensure our trip was not disrupted by attempting to find another place to stay.

Great location for seeing a concert at the Genesee Theater. Responsiveness of host was great, codes worked well, off street parking good. Coffee pot and coffee provided. Bed clean and comfortable.

Everything about our stay was great and there were lots of personalized touches. Really close to Naval graduation, which was why we were there. Definitely would stay again and would recommend. Great communication with hosts as well!

It felt like home. Nice and cozy and it was very close to Great Lakes Naval Base. The owners were prompt with answering questions and very accommodating.

The privacy was amazing, and the large outdoor area was a big plus. It was quiet, spacious, and felt like a true getaway.
