The room was exactly what we wanted, with a terrace and a beautiful view, plenty of closet space, room to work, and a dreamy bed. Good TV with lots of channels in different languages.

Oh my god, this was amazing! The staff were incredible, the facilities were amazing, the location was an 8 min ride from the city center or 15 minute walk to the beach. Truly can't wait to return!

This was an excellent place to stay at and enjoy Montevideo. The room was large enough with great air conditioning and WIFI. There was a nice shower with lots of hot water, shampoo and conditioner. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The breakfast was great!! So much food. Help yourself and all you can eat. Walking distance to the main squares with lots to see. Was easy to get to and from the airport by cabify. Highly recommend.

It was renovated, everything was brand new. There was a guy that worked the night shift, I didn’t catch his name, he was extremely welcoming, showed us where to go, where not to, how things worked in the city and always received us with a smile.

Facilities, location. The city is beautiful. Shopping center next to the hotel, very convenient.

Clean, quiet, near enough to restaurants and extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices.

The staff were always willing to assist and extremely helpful throughout the entire stay. They even printed an important document for us free of charge so we didn’t have to go outside and deal with the hassle, which was a great gesture. Everyone was attentive and professional at all times. The lobby is spacious, welcoming, and already looks great, and we could clearly see the hotel is improving with maintenance and minor remodeling underway, which gives confidence that it’s moving in a very positive direction.

This hotel is exceptional right from the accommodations, location, food available, but most of all the staff service was consistent and excellent

It's nicely located. The staff was really helpful. After checkout, we had to get back because our flight was canceled and they gave us our room back immediately.

The hotel staff would have done anything to make you happy. All the people working in the hotel are just amazing, friendly and very helpful.
