Perfect place to stay overnight in Ha Tien before crossing the border to Cambodia the next morning. Friendly and helpful owner, big room with a window and comfortable bed, great location in the middle of the tourist district with a wonderful seafood restaurant opposite.

The location was a bit out of the main town but about a 20 minute walk but past some scary, barking dogs. The room we were given wasn't the one we thought we had booked but the host swapped us to a family room which was spacious and nicely furnished. The host didn't speak any English but was extremely helpful using Google translate. She arranged for a bike to be delivered to rent for the day. There is a large coffee shop attached - no food available but can order from local eateries and have it delivered. The host gave us ice teas to take with us.

The hotel is brand new, well functional. Spotlessly clean. The staffs are very helpful. Good breakfast, we very pleased to stayed there.
