We had one gentleman help us out by the name of Anthony and he was fantastic. We golfed and I really enjoyed the golf course we had played the queen side.

Very clean, everyone is very friendly. The food there is good. They invite the guest to a dinner with the family and we learnt how to cook and shared a good moment. They have bike and scooter to rent. A place to relax definitely.

Great location, short walking distance to almost everything. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was super good! And the receptionist was very friendly.

Very accommodating staff who let us check in at 4am after an overnight bus ride (with additional 50% fee). Host sent a video showing us how to check in on our own and we really enjoyed being able to go straight to sleep upon arrival. Very friendly family runs this place, and we enjoyed being around them. All smiles, all day. The pool is excellent. They take excellent care of the pool and garden, and it shows. Their bikes allowed us to get into the heart of tam coc in minutes - fun and free. Very satisfying breakfast. The best part is, the family is working on adding a building to the property which will mean more guests can enjoy.

Amazing property. Super big room, very clean, comfortable bed, amazing & very helpful staff. A bit outside of the extremely busy center area, close to rice fields with a calm environment. Would always come back, loved my stay here.

The location was amazing! Beautiful views tucked into limestone cliffs. Outside of town so super quiet and relaxing. The family that owns and runs it was the highlight of my stay as they were extremely helpful with information on tours and areas to see. They also have motorbike and bicycle rentals on property.

The highlight? The view from the back onto the rice paddies — absolutely peaceful. Our room was large and immaculate, and the owner went above and beyond from the very first moment. She even handed us a scooter while we waited for check-in, which gave us an unexpected and brilliant introduction to Ninh Binh.

I really enjoyed my stay, the family is lovely and the pool is fresh for the hot days. The location is great, you have a nice view of the mountains and a bit more quiet than the center. Be aware the road is a bit dark, and narrow at times, so I opted for renting a bike every day which was 50K the time I visited. Honestly take the bike to the main attractions, I even cycled to Tran An. It is fun and great views.

A new and very clean homestay. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, and the host was incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions.

As other reviewers have mentioned, what blew us away was the friendliness shown by Ms Hoa and her willingness to go above and beyond to help us feel welcome. Heartfelt Hideaway is located just outside of Tam Coc, but within walking distance to the center (10 minute walk) and you have fields and mountains less than two minutes away from Heartfelt Hideaway. Ms Hoa helped arrange everything from rental of scooter to suggestions of places to dine and even went to the local marked for specialities. The room was simple but clean and had all the necessities needed. I would also like to highlight that Ms Hoa has excellent english and there was no problems with commutation in any way. This is one of the first places I have stayed at that felt like a home stay. Everyone working here is either family or like family, living on site. The included breakfast is basic but there are several options that were pretty good. I left my cell charger and cables behind and didn't discovery this until I was in Ninh Binh. I called Sunseekers after looking a bit they found it and offered to bring it to the HK bus station in Ninh Binh. A little high anxiety, they came with the charger about 5 minutes before my schedule bus depart ..cảm ơn
