A wonderful family-run hotel. The location is one of the best: quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the center, with 360-degree mountain views. The room is spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and a large shower. We especially loved the interior details and materials — everything feels very pleasant to the touch, making it truly comfortable to fall asleep and wake up. The breakfasts are delicious and prepared with care. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the super cute cats and the owners’ lovely daughter add a warm, home-like atmosphere to the place. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we would love to come back!

We had a great stay here! The whole family that runs the hotel is extremely nice and were very welcoming from the very beginning. The room is big and the bed huge! Everything is quite new and was very clean. The mountain bikes available are very convenient for exploring around. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful spot with the most scenic backdrop of karsts and the river. Room and bathroom were some of the cleanest of anywhere I stayed in Vietnam. Feels brand new. There’s a super cute and modern cafe very close by where we got our fancy morning coffees. Great value.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the villa which was super nice. It is in the countryside with beautiful surroundings. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We borrowed bicycles to bike around the area. The entire staff was super friendly and ready to help, but Iris from reception was outstanding. She helped us organize transportation and excursions via WhatsApp long before our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

As other reviewers have mentioned, what blew us away was the friendliness shown by Ms Hoa and her willingness to go above and beyond to help us feel welcome. Heartfelt Hideaway is located just outside of Tam Coc, but within walking distance to the center (10 minute walk) and you have fields and mountains less than two minutes away from Heartfelt Hideaway. Ms Hoa helped arrange everything from rental of scooter to suggestions of places to dine and even went to the local marked for specialities. The room was simple but clean and had all the necessities needed. I would also like to highlight that Ms Hoa has excellent english and there was no problems with commutation in any way. Thanks for a great stay and breakfast. Loved the salty coffee :) Kim and Huong.

The location was nice, down a side street near the end of the busy part of town, quick 5 minute walk to town. We took a few walks down the road away from town through rice fields and saw goats and other animals. The owner and her family were very kind and saw to our every need, provided us with a large bottle of water when we left, much appreciated! The breakfast was delicious with vegan and vegetarian option. The room was spacious, comfy beds and large flat screen TV with Youtube we could sign into our own account that came in handy when it rained. The pool was lovely.
