I recently stayed at this apartment in Medina, and it was truly amazing! The pictures online didn’t do the apartment justice—it was even better in person. This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The amenities were extensive, providing everything you could think of. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Prophet’s Masjid and Masjid Al-Quba. If you prefer not to walk, there are convenient golf carts that can take you to both locations for just 10 riyals per person. What truly set this experience apart was the manager, Mr. Wael El-Sayed. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always ready with helpful tips about the area and recommendations for local attractions. His genuine hospitality made my stay incredibly comfortable. Mr. Wael is not only professional but also very personable. He took the time to check in on me during my stay, making sure everything was to my satisfaction. It’s clear that he cares deeply about his guests and strives to create a memorable experience for everyone. Every time I visit Medina, this apartment will be my first choice, largely because of the exceptional service provided by Mr. Wael. Highly recommended!
