We had a lovely stay at Hotel Demaj. The location was perfect, walking distance to the castle and main streets, the view from the bedroom was gorgeous as well. The hosts were truly amazing, very helpful, and friendly. They also provided us with a lovely breakfast which was a great addition to our stay

I was really looking forward to my stay here cos of the reviews and photos I had seen. Our stay was marvellous. Our bus from Tirana stopped just few mins away on the main road so we didn't have much problem walking in with our trolley luggages. Staffs were helpful and approachable, providing me with a tea set when I requested. Room was cosy and nicely warm. Everything was clean and wifi was strong. The view from our balcony was superb and it was very peaceful sitting out enjoying the view. Breakfast was delicious with a couple of varieties provided at our preferred time. Just a few mins out from the guesthouse, you will find the stretch of shops and restaurants and a big supermarket. It's a nice walk through the boulevard. The other side of the road brings you to the hills and a great view. For the Muslims, there is a mosque very near the guesthouse. The bus stop which will bring you to the bus terminal is very near to the guesthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Citadel in Berat. The hotel is brand new, and everything felt fresh, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The interior design is beautiful, with great attention to detail, and everything is perfectly organized and in its place. The rooms were stunning, comfortable, and very welcoming. The mattress, pillows, and bed linens were of outstanding quality and gave me one of the best nights of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The swimming pool is large, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a great selection of fresh products and local specialties. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you goes to the manager, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Citadel to everyone, whether traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends. It offers comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!
