PanamaThe place is unique, I learned a bit about the history of the place, and it is going to be 100 years old in the next decade. I stayed in one of the new, remodeled rooms, it was very nice, comfortable, and have all the amenities expected. The breakfast is abundant. It's in the main salon with great capacity. Everyone was attentive and kind. We had the opportunity to enjoy the "tea hour" and all the pastries and tea were amazing! Super recommended. We loved staying here.

United StatesBeautiful location with mountain and lake views. The apartment is very comfortable with a kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom. There are TVs in both the living room and kitchen. The Villa Huapi complex is very safe. There is a restaurant within the Villa Huapi resort and a very easy walk to a nearby convenience store and an artisan chocolate shop. The hosts are very friendly, and very responsive using WhatsApp messaging. They were kind enough to let me check in early and check out late. This is a very nice spot and I highly recommend.

We stayed at Bariloche hostel a few weeks ago and had the best time. The hostel is in a great location and has a great view. Watching the sunrise from our bedroom window was amazing. Breakfast is lovely and Charly was so kind and helpful. He gave us advice on what to do and even put the Scotland game on the tv for us. We would absolutely return on our next Patagonia trip.

The location is amazing for skiing. Just a short walk from all the lifts. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only guy at the reception was very helpful and try to make us have a nice stay.

Hotel was clean and well managed. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.
Our room safe was locked, they responded immediately to resolve the problem.
Room view of lake was fantastic and room heating is good. They even have heater in toilet.
Housekeeping was good, toiletries and towels were replenished daily.
Breakfast is reasonably good.
Stayed 10 days but would love to stay longer unfortunately Hotel were fully booked for the coming weeks ahead.

They kindly turned the heating off in our room because we don't like a heated bedroom. Having toast, coffee and juice for breakfast was great. Plenty of storage in the rooms. Restaurant area was a good place to meet people

Out of 13 accommodations on our journey through Uruguay, Argentina and Chile, this was the best one! Lots of space, fantastic view from the balcony/terrace, well equipped kitchen, with pool billard / table tennis room, and a washing machine. A supermarket and bakery are nearby. Very good communication with the owners with great recommendations for restaurants in Bariloche.

The location and the complex are breathtakingly beautiful. The cabin had everything I needed. The owners were extremely accommodating and even gave me complimentary biscuits and milk when I mentioned that I didn't have transport and needed milk for my tea. The hostess was also very helpful and available for any queries. The view from the cabin's bedroom and patio was stunning.

Staff seemed uninterested. We booked a room via Booking and thought we'd get normal view. The room had a wall view so we protested, as the picture in Booking had curtains closed while the hotel clearly had lake view. After discussion, we got a better room. Do not use the restaurant! Otherwise, we had a good stay.

We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen facilities but they seemed adequate for a short stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the restaurant on the premises, we had two delicious and reasonably priced dinners there. The hotel is located just a short drive from the center of town and located near other restaurants. All in all I think it was good value for money.
