NetherlandsWhat an incredible stay. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself is stunning throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff are genuinely the nicest I have ever met in all my travels. They went above and beyond: I had to check out very early to continue my journey, and even though it was well before breakfast service, they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. That little touch summed up the whole experience. I couldn't recommend it more highly, and I'll absolutely be back.

In general, everything was average and in some cases above average such as reception area very spacious, the apartments ( 2 bedroom) in the new building very spacious too.. unfortunately we had very bad experience ( incident ) at the property which is explained later in which I blame the Management..

The location is super comfortable to reach Sarajevo's old town, everything's just a few steps away. The appartment is spacious and well equiped, the panorama from one of the bedrooms is just magnificient, especially during the night. The soundscape of muezzin calls and church bells that reaches you in this appartment is also stunning. We booked just an hour ahead upon our arrival but the communication with the hostess was quick and smooth.

This property is amazing! The apartments are so spacious and and the furnishing is modern and looks almost new! The amenities are great, with the washing machine, the terrace, the kitchen, it’s like a home away from home. The walk to the old town id around 10-15 mins but there are many restaurants and supermarket is just 2 mins walk away! Amazing hosts who catered to all of our questions and called us a taxi to take us to the bus station. Highly recommend!

Our hosts were just fantastic - so welcoming and helpful. They even drove us to Skakavac Waterfall and did a 4-5 hour hike with us through the forest, as well as driving us to the train station on our last day. They were extremely hospitable and couldn't have done better at making us feel welcome. The flat itself is really spacious with a fantastic panorama of the city from the balcony. This really was a special and memorable stay and we hope to see them again next time we visit ❤️

My wife and I did Balkan trip in the summer and Chikma apartments was a great respite from the tiny hotel rooms we used to stay - sunny spacious living room with kitchen facilities and seperate bedroom made us feel like home. Dino, the host, took care of every detail from giving us parking tips, laundry service, and local insider insights. Location is also great - situated in quiet residential part but only 10 minutes walk from the old town. We'll be back!

The owners were very nice, helpful and asked us all the time if we needed help. The apartment amazing super luxury. The scene was charming from the balcony and terrace. The sunny land entertainment place was about 3 min by car from the apartment and dire tly across the road was a supermarket. From the center of srajevo about 5 min by car. It was a perfect place and people.

The location was excellent, very close to the town hall and the central market. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The apartment was spacious with modern decoration and a nice view from the balcony. It was equipped with many plugs so everyone could charge easily their devices. Also, they let us leave our luggages there after our check out, since ouf flight was late evening. The owner was available in communication throughout our stay. Mama was willing to host us in the best way, even though we didn 't have a common language of communication.

The staff is great. Ivan is very attentive, the Mexican girl is helpful and welcoming, and the owner, that I didnt get the name, helped me in a moment of stress with my departure (I was about to miss my bus).
My room was spacious enough and the location is very central to all the attractions of the city.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Comfortable bed and sofa. Basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) are provided. Hot water for the shower is plentiful. The staff are also helpful and kind. We came back one afternoon to find flowers and some biscuits and water in our room. It was a lovely surprise! The breakfast of fried eggs and sausages is delicious and filling. There are also lovely views of the mountains around Sarajevo.

I liked the location. Also room was clean. The view from the terrace was beautiful. I would recommend this place as a last minute option, just a place to sleep and go to further adventures. Our room looked a bit old, but everything was super clean!

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful view. 6 minutes walk from the Trebević cable car. 8 minutes to the centre. The location doesn’t have an elevator but the host helped us with our luggage. Apartment is on the 2nd floor! Check in was smooth and the host was very helpful with recommendations around the area!

The property is located only about 15 min walking to Bascarsija, in a very quiet neighboroughood, couple of minute walking distance you will also find a market. The place is large and spacious (could suit 3 people) and has all the amenities for both short/long staying and great value for money (terrace overlooking the city is a big plus!) On top of all : Ismar and his very family are super nice people, very friendly and always ready to assist you if you need anything. I will definitely book it again when I will be back in Sarajevo
