For a 3 stars was the breakfast excellent. The lift was old but good. The air-conditioning in the bedroom is the hero. The bathroom was fine. The staff is great and everything you ask they are there to help you. The rooms are cleaned everyday, you just need to ask or they ask you.

We have problems to book in by booking.com needs to do 3 times and still I put for 2 people and when to Hotel System is showing 1 person only and they for extra money it was quite upsetting in a end they give us simple tine room in stead a luxury room for same amount next day I asked to stay more 1 night but em bigger room if available they give us a luxury room with balcony for extra 14 American dollars so that was really good we finally can relax and look around

The room is spacious and clean. They house is nicely decorated. It has a nice garden and swimming pool. I didn't use it during my stay but it has a full kitchen. Close to town center with restaurants and shops.

Staff were friendly ( although only one person spoke English) and looked after our bags for three days while we were out of town, which was lovely! The breakfast was ok, our room was right next door so very loud at 6am but think we were unlucky. The rooms fairly basic and dark but ok.

The hotel is nice and clean, staff are very kind. Very close to the airport, and has a transfer with no extra cost. There is private parking at no extra cost. Breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. The bathroom has a good size.

Lovely rooms and comfortable bed.
We stayed 3 nights and saw lots of birds, in particular a family of Hyacinth Macaws in the tree on the grounds of the lodge. There were also monkeys in the trees. The pool was great in the heat, but we did need insect repellent when we got out!
The staff were all very attentive, the guides were all trained biologists and very knowledgeable.
The food was excellent, probably the best we had in Brazil overall.
A great stay.

The location was good and they provided transport from the airport. I thought the use of the room key card to turn on the lighting is a great idea; the lights go out automatically if you take your key card with you when you leave the room.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. The girl at the front desk was happy to have the chance to speak English. She did very well. Breakfast was wonderful and sitting by the pool at night having a beer was relaxing. My wife had the squash soup delivered to the room 😋 and was very satisfied. The shower was great plenty of water with both hot and cold readily available.

The apartment was spacious with two bathrooms and a big living room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The internet was fast. Clayton was very informative, sending us all the check-in information well ahead of time and being flexible with our checkout. There was barely any noise outside the apartment so you could sleep very well. Finally, the parking space in the condominium was very convenient and easy to use.
