Exceptional empathy of the night receptionist (that kind man with glasses). We had an issue on the road and we finally arrived at 1am and departed 3 hours later to get our boat. The kind auditor prepared us a take-away breakfast and we enjoyed every bites of our breakfast

Great and convenient location close to the chairlift and shops, very spacious, great bedding and plenty of pillows, amazing to have a balcony at your disposal. Kitchen fairly well equipped with a microwave, spacious fridge, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, (filter) coffee machine.

Our room was upgraded to a larger room, possibly because it was a quiet part of the season. The room was much larger and had more than we needed. The wood made it feel very cozy and homely. The breakfast was pretty good.

Very welcoming owner. Ideally located in the Vieux Village. Room Suite 317 slept 6 people very comfortably in two en suite bedrooms and lounge area. Great mountain view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Free underground parking. I rate this hotel very highly and certainly will be back *

Beautifully designed and well equipped hotel. Our room was more luxurious than we were expecting - with mood lighting, hidden TV, small terrace - and the best shower I’ve ever had - and big enough for two! ;-)
The owner/builder of the property is clearly very proud of his property - and rightly so. He’s done a great job.

Kitchenette was very well equipped with stove, microwave, kettle etc. Fresh bakery items available every morning pre ordered from reception. Ski locker was spacious and well thought out with ski in ski out to hotel door and easy ski run to nearest uplift. Great views from the balcony and decent Wi-Fi in the room. Really clean and beds comfy. Reception was so welcoming at any time of day and nothing was too much trouble.

This is an exceptional chalet, spacious with comfortable bedrooms and good lounge and dining space. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking is available for about 3 cars and views are exceptional. Internal sauna is a great asset.

Loved this little hotel. Had a warm friendly welcome.
I stayed in room 3 which was small but perfect for solo traveller. The view from the huge balcony was amazing. Very clean and everything you need.
Great spacious ski room with heated boot rack.
Breakfast was delicious with everything you expect. (Extra charge) but worth it.
About 8 min walk into town slightly uphill.
No4 bus stops right outside in either direction. Takes you to central Chatel.
Lots of parking but I didn’t travel by car.

The chalet was perfect for us 5 adults, the kitchen was well equipped and also had tea, coffee, salt and seasonings. There was a fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. the 2 bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom had a large shower. The bathroom also had a washing machine, washing basket, airer, ironing board and iron.
The lounge had a large sofa bed, TV, ottoman and WiFi was free.
It took less than 10 mins for us to walk into town. We had a van and there was plenty of parking outside. Communication with the owner was easy.

Excellent location, really spacious and very clean. The apartment is really well equipped and spacious. As a group of 4 it worked perfectly for us. Bedrooms are really spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Spacious, kitchen had plenty of crockery, cooking equipment to cook and seat 12 people for meals. Close to supermarket and bus stop for getting to Avoriaz. Good sized bedrooms, enough bathrooms for 12 people. Warm, always hot water, off street parking, very quiet location
