We got the room overlooking Matterhorn, and it is SO worth it. I will never forget this priceless experience of waking up to a golden Matterhorn at sunrise from the bed. Room has big space and the hotel has an amazing breakfast spread. TV has multiple webcams in all cable car stations so it helped us plan our 2 days. Hotel pickup is available upon arrival and departure + location is a 10-minute walk to everywhere. We got their 4-course dinner and the price is not bad. Staff is so helpful overall. So happy I booked this hotel.

Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

1. The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk) 2. The room was very spacious and even had an extra bed with a small sun/moon roof window facing the Matterhorn Peak 3. The washroom was also very spacious 4. The apartment was much more spacious then we expected, well thought out, clean and very well equiped. The hosts were also really nice and friendly, providing us with plenty of information before arrival for a smooth experience on check in. We only had a couple of nights but we would love to return for a longer vacation.

We were thoroughly impressed with Studio Suite, which has been thoughtfully arranged to make excellent use of the space. It is incredibly spacious and includes all the amenities as described in the listing, giving the impression of a brand new studio. Fabirnne & Michael were consistently available to provide assistance whenever needed. The location is very tranquil, making it ideal for anyone planning a stay in Visp. There's ample free parking, and a 24/7 fresh food station on the ground floor adds extra convenience.
