United StatesThis was a wonderful place to stay. It was spotless clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Small, adequate kitchenette space. Really well done.
There are some nice shelves in the bedroom to put belongings and even a small sofa.
Free parking was great (I don't know how it would work when multiple guests are there because the cars line up and you would be boxed in)
If you are arriving by bus this is an ideal location.
We loved it.

Clifftop setting with views of the ocean, surrounded by forest. Fascinating area to visit. The dome is out of the ordinary, with a terrace and good bathroom, well maintained. Only the sound of the ocean at night. Breakfast brought to the room in the morning. Friendly and helpful hosts. There is a separate building with a kitchen and dining table for those who bring their own food.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a nice dining table, we had room to relax and sleep well! We felt secure with the gate, and enjoyed the flowers in the yard. The hosts were very friendly and quick to communicate. Nice, quiet location just outside of town. The hot water kettle was good to have.

Highly recommended. Plenty of room. Clean. Comfortable. Close to beautiful sights and adventure activities. Awesome hostess, who was so friendly. No A/C but that is not the standard here, and it does cool off nicely at night.

My family and I had an exceptional stay at Treca Rupan Lodge that truly surpassed our expectations. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds provided the utmost comfort. The staff’s friendliness and warm welcome made us feel right at home. The delicious dinner and breakfast further added to our delightful experience. The lodge’s ideal location near the Huilo Huilo Nature Reserve made our exploration seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about both the lodge and the enchanting local area.

Friendly staff, good strong wifi (i was in an end unit). Great price, I was in a two bed 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and living room and it was exactly what I needed, especially when i figured out how to adjust the heating on the on-demand hot water heater (i like my showers v. hot). This place is a great value because its not in a touristy part of the city, - its a quick drive to the touristy stuff. Its in a working class part of the city.

We loved the location of Hotel Boutique Cutipay. It was a bit out of town and very relaxing! We had great views of the water from our room and the dining area. But close enough to Valdivia so that popping into town for dinner or sightseeing was easy.

We liked this comfortable, roomy, and clean hotel. The kitchenette was a plus and I was glad that I had made reservations that included the kitchenette. Again, this is another hotel where check-in is done via the Internet and/or App. This app was easy to download and it worked well. We had a problem with the WiFi in our room that couldn't be fixed quickly so they moved us into a different one down the hall.

I enjoyed the rose garden in full bloom. The restaurant was really top quality, see photos. Unfortunately, there is no view from the rooms, but the river is just two blocks down. The staff were very kind and helpful. They took care of the details, like fetching bottled water, that make a difference. It's not new, but it's classy.
