Clean, very spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms and living room plus outdoor jacuzzi. One of our best accommodation in Colombia. Safe location, had kettle to prepare tea of coffee and a small fridge.

The location was great in a quiet part of town. The hotel has a pool on the rooftop with amazing views. We loved the saunas too. The staff members were friendly and helpful. There was a security guide at the door all day. The hotel doesn’t allow sex tourism. We had a room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small kitchen and living room. It was very modern and comfortable. The balcony was awesome too.

Amazing Hotel at a very good location in the Poblado district. Our room was very spacious and clean with wonderfull views over the city. Very friendly and polite personnel. The breakfast was excellent. Also need to mention that Mr. John at the reception helped us all the time to get around as we are not spanish language speakers.

We loved everything about this game place, the room was so lovely, spacious and clean. The staff we some of the friendliest staff I’ve met and the dog there was such a cutie. We had breakfast and dinner on a few occasions and it was great value for money. Our rooms where cleaned everyday which was nice to come back to

All the staff were very helpful and happy.
I arrived really early in the morning, hours before check-in. They kindly let me put my bags in storage and gave me a key to the roof terrace to hang out there if I wished until my room was ready. Great location, close to all the hostels in Poblado.

Spacious room, we even got an upgrade for free to a room with a private bathroom. Good WiFi, well equipped shared kitchen and only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and metro station. Felipe is very friendly and gives great advice about the city. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Location, very easy to find. Staff very nice and welcoming, very cleand. Does not have elevators but stairs are not so bad. Next time I will ask for a front window in the bedroom I like an aire place. It is beutifull inside and well organized. I will come back if I have to.
If you need a fan... there is one for your use, you do not need it at sleep time but is good they have it available.

The location is in a prime position near all the bars and restaurants the area has to offer. Very safe area to walk around.
The apartment is clean and spacious. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

The unit had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped, and a nice balcony. Lots of storage in bedrooms and in the living space. Housekeeping was optional. Staff was friendly and helped out with taxi, etc.

This is an amazing hotel and I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. I stayed in a room with a bath which was fantastic. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the l'occitane products and bath oil were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top restaurant. Full marks for house keeping. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the way. Thanks to the staff for being so patient organising taxis and giving me information on the area.

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped. The location is great too because it’s close to everything in El Poblado without being in a noisy area. There are also restaurants in the hotel with various food options. The gym is small but sufficient and open 24/7. My room also had a small balcony and was very comfortable.
