Very friendly staff, we were able to check-in an hour early. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room, though honestly could not tell the difference. Hotel is about 15 minutes from the train station, a bit further than the map suggests as you have to go around. Our room had a view over the tracks, we enjoyed sitting on the windowsill and observing trains coming and going.

The location it's at the heart to the city. It is easy to the walk to the city center and take in the sites. My room was upgraded which was a lovely surprise and made me trip even more enjoyable

Our room was comfortable, spacious and full of light, and the courtyard is really a standout - beautiful, quiet and lush. The staff are lovely and very helpful, we especially appreciated restaurant recommendations and thoughtful local tips from the lovely Polish receptionist.

It was amazing value for money, especially in peak summer season. It's a 3 bedroom apartment. Fully stocked for 3 adults. So much better value then the substandard family rooms some hotels provide.

Upon arrival we were told by the wonderful receptionist that our room at Annex Copenhagen was under maintenance,so we received an upgrade to the hotel next door! After travelling for 10 hours, it was a super luxury to have a bath with aromatherapy products. Excellent location near the train station and close proximity to all of the tourist hotspots!

The reception was good and the ground floor area attractive. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and windows opened, great as no aircon.
The restaurant next door was excellent and we walked to the harbour after dinner which was lovely.
Definitely a good choice if you don’t like bog standard airport hotels. A short walk from the terminal but a chance to see a different part of Copenhagen if you venture out.
We had an early start and were given a packed breakfast to take which was really nice.

This place is superb. We were a mixed age group (teenagers and “oldies”) and it worked for all ages. Bedrooms and dorms were small but modern and well designed with very comfortable beds. Facilities were outstanding - choice of bars and communal areas, games, gym, sports hall, pizza restaurant, amazing and huge communal kitchen and dining area and rooftop terrace. Breakfast was fantastic and really good value. Really helpful and friendly staff always available. Place had a real positive energy and buzz about it.

The hotel was clean and spacious, the whole place was very modern and all staff members were very friendly! When we arrived we were informed we’d been given a free room upgrade which was brilliant! The location was good, we managed to walk everywhere but it’s close enough to public transport too.

Great location for easy access to all the main tourist sites. Apartment is spacious and clean. There is a beautiful balcony overlooking the Nyhavn canal area. Apartment is as per the photos advertised.

I had a lovely welcome at this friendly, cosy hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and in the centre of town, and my room had a lovely view of the old rooftops. I was very happy with my single room and actually decided to extend my stay because there was such a nice atmosphere. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, great shower, lovely big window and quiet at night. A lot of hotels feel quite clinical these days, but this place has a soul. I would definitely stay here again!

What type of traveler are you? If you're low maintenance, then this place is probably fine for you. I prefer private rooms so I stayed in a private bunk bed room. The bed was just big enough for me (I'm 6'1, 220lbs). The bar war lively, which is always great

Location was perfect (you can walk to all touristy areas and the canal where you can take a dip is just a few minutes away!). The hotel was really well equipped. The staff were helpful and they even upgraded my room with no extra cost. There was even a small shop in reception. Lovely and healthy breakfast. The room had everything I needed and more for such a small space.
