CanadaThe whole apartment is located on top of the restaurant. An excellent Dominican or Continental breakfast is served at the restaurant. The apartment is enormous and fits big groups. The AC works pretty well, so you are never feeling the extreme heat, especially at night. They offer a tour to Cayo Arena which I recommend because it is for your group only, making it a private experience. Overall, our whole group was more than satisfied with Robert and his team's service during our stay.

The Royal Terrace studio was clean and comfortable. We thought the bed and pillows were especially good. The air-conditioning worked well and the refrigerator was clean and fresh.
The host was very friendly and helpful.
All though the location is about a 30 minute walk from the malecón and center of town, we quite liked the neighborhood we were in. There were some nice colmados as well as some convenient and tasty take out places nearby.

Nothing first of all the rooms were dirty.. the sheets had blood stains and hair. The bathroom had a bad smell .. the staff had poor service

I had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, the location is amazing! Our room was perfect with lots of natural light. The hostess made me feel at home and her cooking was exceptional. The pool is beautiful and the beach is right across the street. I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay, I loved everything about it!

I loved the fact that I had my own pool and did not have to go to a crowded pool and be around strangers. The villa was very spacious for two people and well equipped with everything but food. I also liked the fact it was in a guarded community.

This hotel is a true boutique. It's comfortable, relaxing and non-pretentious. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room exceeded my expectations: modern design for both the bedroom and the bathroom, very clean and comfortable. I also liked hotel's restaurant; the food is good.

The patio is fantastic. It looks well-kept and the pool was clean.
For a night, it is okay if you're not too picky. It provides you the basics: a comfortable bed, running cold and hot water in the bathroom, and an air-conditioned space. The staff was ok. It has a great location close to Cabarete's nightlife and restaurants. There is also a nice meat restaurant inside the Procab condominium (bring cash and use bugs repellent).
The price for a two-bedroom villa on weekend for 4 people was good.

The bedroom a/c did not work properly and after 5 pm there is no one in the reception or other attending person. Next morning repair guy said he would return in 30 minutes but never did, they offered to not charge me for electricity, which I did not know was an extra charge. Not well managed.
