Spacious and well planned apartment. Easy to get there, flawless check-in and check-out. Parking, terrace. Fairly quiet place.
Wasn't hot during the summer day even without using aircon - opening windows is more than enough.
Great with kids - nice tiny playground in the inner yard.
Location is good for any purpose.

This is a fantastic accommodation that exceeded our expectations. The location is walking distance from the centre and it is in a brand new building. The apartment feels very spacious and bright because of the tall ceilings. It was furnished with everything you might need and extra comfortable beds. The bathroom is super functional and the balcony is beautiful, we enjoyed having our morning tea there. Our host Sirje is really friendly, helpful and accommodating, thanks a lot for the great weekend in Tartu.

Excellent location, as good as it can get. The hotel staff were very good, the breakfast decent: good quality, fresh enough, though there wasn't a large choice - also, labeling foods clearly was a nice touch. The rooms in the suite were mostly well furnished, except for the bedroom. (See the cons below.) The bathroom was great, designed and put together very well. The main room had excellent views, including the balcony.

Amazing apartment with real sense for detail in everything, very quite inside, felt very comfortable and spacious. Very nice view and super comfortable bed in the master’s bedroom. I also always could easily find what I needed in the apartment.

The breakfirst was fulfilling, thank you. Also, as soon as all the night-party-guests in their rooms were sleeping, the hotel became lovely and quiet place to stay.. Reception ladies were all friendly and helpful, and the same compliment belongs to the lady from the breakfirst area. I could open the bedroom windows for fresh air which is another bonus :) The view was beautiful.

The flat was very spacious. There were 4 bedrooms all with a double bed. It was an overall lovely experience. Great place to stay with a family or a group of friends. Would stay again.

Easy to check-in (but did receive multiple codes, but I suspect they would all work). Ended up in an accessible room, which I'm guessing is bigger than average, so it was a spacious room.
Bathrooms are wet rooms (I'm personally not a massive fan of that, but it works absolutely fine). Check-out was fine - did online, and nice and straightforward.
Nice location, near train station.

Excellent location in Tartu next door to Aura water park and AHHAA science center. And we got an upgrade from family room to very nice corner suite with excellent view and sauna.
