It was very child friendly and staff took care to organise our room so that the children would have somewhere to sleep safely.
Staff were communicative and sent relevant information before we arrived. They hadn’t been informed of the children’s ages - which surprised me as I gave this info during booking but it hadn’t been passed onto them but they contacted to ask so that they could get the room ready.
The breakfast was fantastic!

Perfect room. I had a back problem but could rest. The bed was good. The room had 3 windows. A desk and plenty of storage.
An excellent restaurant a little pricy but lots of places around cheaper. A perfect way to meet with the locals. I love the garden in front to rest and get a drink. I plan to stay there again.

Nice conversion from an old 16th century palace. The apartments are huge with a nice interior design touches, love the kitchen!. There are common areas with nice old ceiling and terrace facing the courtyard. Perfect getaway destination!

A very thoughtfully designed boutique hotel. While our room was on the smaller side, it was absolutely perfect. We slept like babies and woke refreshed. We spent the afternoon cooling off at the pool sipping on a cocktail and had an amazing dinner at the restaurant.

Property very spacious, modern, well designed and well decorated. It is even better in real life than it looks in the photos. Nice pool area with views over the surrounding countryside. On the edge of the village of Leza which has a friendly bar / restaurant. Very peaceful and private location. Hosts on hand for any information.

We Stayed here for 5 days and it was lovely! Spacious room with good amenities. The staff was very friendly! There was a lot of variety for breakfast options with delicious food and some healthy options. Overall a very comforting stay!

Very easy to check in, everything was prepared for us when we arrived at 23h00. The house is very clean. The room is small but with a regular bed size for a couple (160x200) i would say, and a sofa. Breakfast was ok with gluten free and lactose free options. A coffee machine in our room with 2 capsules. little patio where you can eat your breakfast. Pet friendly with no extra cost.

The room that you get is clean, but it's really small. The self check in is not very intuitive - some people before us struggled with it and couldn't understand the system. The support is dead, tried to call them but nothing, so you can't really get any assistance once you're there, you just have to figure it all out by yourself.

Casa Osante is a beautifully restored historical building in the old town center of Basque Labastida. Our room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was well-served. Our kind and helpful host, took very good care of us. Thank you very much Ana! Casa Osante, the town of Labastida and the nearby restaurant La Cerve where we had dinner, will surely be on our itinerary again next year.
