United StatesThe gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He not only booked our reservation for dinner but he also booked our taxi for the next morning. He didn't outstanding job. He also packed a picnic breakfast for the next day because we were leaving before the restaurant opened. The customer service was outstanding!

Spacious apartment with two air conditioners in the main bedroom and living room. Very convenient opening big balcony. Very nice kitchen. Big TV with possibility to move it to different directions, so it is convenient to watch it from the balcony.

Location is perfect and the bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed and nice linen. Nice towels in the bathroom and a good shower. The kitchen/living room is a good size also. There is a balcony in both the bedroom and living room which gave way to a nice view of the street below which has many restaurants for all tastes. Also a 24hr shop just opposite the building was very handy. TV's in both rooms. Clean and well equipped.

The location was perfect, right on the front, easy distance for old town (tapas alley 2 minute walk) or the beach (10 seconds) or some of the livelier bars (2-10 minutes).
The apartment itself was very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a good communal space too, both inside and on the balcony.

Such a lovely welcome to Alicante. The hosts let us store our bags and even moved them into our room for us. It’s a spacious and comfortable apartment in the perfect location. We loved the little balcony and the rooftop terrace!
We were gifted some popcorn which was greatly appreciated :) Honestly perfect accomodation!

It’s a lovely location near the Old Town. The apartment I stayed in was The New York Apartment. I may have been upgraded because although advertised as 1 bedroom, it actually had 2 bedrooms. It was modern and secure. It was clean. It had a washing machine, decent shower, comfy beds, plenty dishes and a toaster, kettle a coffee percolator and coffee pod machine and a small balcony

First time renting a villa and this really is a home from home. Everything and more for a party of 7 to relax and not worry about anything. Really helpful at check in and always on hand if anything was needed. Great facilities and lovely pool and garden area. Terraces to chill out and the bedrooms were spacious and ensuite excellent. Exceeded expectations on all counts.

We were treated like royalty, given an upgraded room to a junior suite!! It was fantastic!! so spacious. Lovely balcony, dressing room, comfortable bed and lovely complimentary toiletries. Robes and slippers also provided.
The Breakfast choices were amazing, something for everyone and beautifully presented.

The room was spacious and had plenty of facilities such as washing machine and kitchen supplies such as kettle oven and microwave, decent sized bathroom with shower and a balcony that can either be used as a bedroom using the pull down bed or a balcony, excellent area right by the strip but still remains family friendly hotel.

Great location, right by the beach and within easy walk of the main areas. Spotlessly clean everywhere and well maintained. Nice bar and terrace area and bar prices were very reasonable. The breakfast was good - plenty of choices. The room was bright and spacious and had a great view over the beach. I liked the separate shower/toilet/sink and the shower was great. The balcony was covered, with windows right round to open, which created a lovely seating area. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfy.
