ItalyThe hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Very easy to find, in nice part of town, small supermarket across the road ideal for picking up snacks, etc, free welcome drinks in mini bar, access to the “coffee corner” throughout the day, very friendly staff. We were surprised with a room with a balcony and sofa area. Spacious toilet. All facilities very new. All in all, an ideal stay!

The location was fantastic. So close to everything you wanted. The staff are warm and friendly daily cleaning of your room. Option to reuse towels if you wanted. The restaurant down stairs had delicious options. Bed really is comfortable despite being in wheels. We were in room 15 and had our own balcony was fantastic to eat out there. Water pressure was fantastic! Easy walk to the train station or supermarket. Loads of restaurant options and the beach is just a few mins walk.

Extremely spacious apartment, though it looks more like an open plan office converted into a two-bedroom flat with some partition walls and curtains. The area is a bit far from the town but very quiet. You can easily take the bus to the centre. Good communication from the hosts with videos on how to access the property. Parking wherever you can find once you pass the barrier. There are three dedicated spots for tourists but they were full when we arrived.

The apartment was in a nice location in Gros. It would suit 2 couples as the bedrooms are at either end of the apartment and both have ensuite so would be ideal for privacy. Great communication and easy handover. Nice balcony with a small table for sitting out.

We stayed in room 104. A big spacious room with large balcony and good outdoor furniture. A 40 minute walk into town with refreshment options along the way. There was a cafe/bar on the ground floor too. The staff were helpful and there was a pre book needed car park in the basement. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and very spacious.

Our host Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations. We enjoyed our stay, check-in was easy even though we arrived later than anticipated. Our room was spacious with all the amenities needed. The coffee station with snacks and fruit was an added and well received bonus.

The property was immaculate! Very easy to get to, Gran Via is an easy walk to the olde town (where there happened to be a blues festival in the park during our stay). It is a bedroom in a shared flat (I think maybe 6 total bedrooms?) and a shared kitchen, plus 2 bathrooms that were always available.
The owners communicated well. From the airport take the bus to Bilbao. Second stop and the property is right there. Would definitely return here!

Ideal central location at the central hub for public transport which allows you to visit any part of Bilbao. Ideally located for the airport bus. Room was converted from a single study bedroom with kitchenette and own bathroom using two 3/4 width beds. Air con worked. Common dining room and terrace very pleasant. Basic continental breakfast included.

Spacious, clean, modern flat with a nice terrace in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of light from the windows, but we could also close the blinds to keep the sun and heat out. 5 minutes walk along the river to the town centre, or across the river to the super market. Convenient and safe indoor parking.

Absolutely amazing place to stay for sunset and sunrise views from gorgeous balcony and falling asleep to hearing the waves. The staff is wonderful and the relaxing morning yoga and meditation with fantastic healthy vegetarian breakfast delivered to your room was just incredible. The room was very clean, spacious with organic tea and very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back!
